This two bedroom villa is set over two storeys with a modern design. This high-walled, courtyard-gardened private pool-villa enjoys a picturesque garden, very suitable for a two couples or a group of friends, within pleasant secure and well maintained compounds, part of a stylish and contemporary resort.

The onsite facilities include a restaurant, spa and fitness center facilities. The villa is situated within close proximity to Bang Tao village, not far from popular Bang Tao & Surin beaches.

Diamond Villa Duplex No.208 has an open plan design with a hallway connecting rooms and multi-control electric switches at every angle. The open plan living quarters overlook a small courtyard with private swimming pool. The bedrooms are set over two floors with attached bathrooms that are compact yet elegant. The western kitchen is fitted with modern conveniences, ideal for those self-catering Phuket holidays. Smoking is allowed and a Wi-Fi internet connection can be requested.

Kitchen Description:
The villa’s western kitchen is open-plan, perfect for staying in touch with invited guests. Modern appliances are provided including a large Electrolux fridge/freezer, electric stove with 4 rings, ventilator and large oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, double sink, and a black marble work top with natural wood fittings. There is also a utility room near the entrance with a washing machine, hairdryer and wash basin, alongside an ironing board and iron.

Living Room Description:
The living area has three comfortable rattan sofas for five people with cushions, coffee table, and a dark wooden cabinet. Relax and watch a movie on the villa’s plasma TV with up to 70 cable channels plus DVD player and remote controls. The living area is just steps from a small 3 x 2 x 1.5 metre rectangular swimming pool with adjustable waterfall, and 2 sun-loungers plus umbrella.

Dining Room Description:
Located next to the open plan kitchen, the villa’s dining area has seating for four people at the kitchen-bar/workspace but upstairs on the terrace balcony there is another wooden table and 4 chairs under shade, with a mobile gas BBQ and double sink with workspaces, for a small intimate party.

Bedrooms Description:
The villa’s Master Bedroom is upstairs, which has nice artifacts adorning the walls, polished wooden floors and soothing artwork. There is a large double bed and air-conditioning plus fan, perfect for sleeping in the tropics. There are three large cupboards with spare sheets, robes and slippers, and a safety deposit box inside, alongside a comfortable lounge chair. The bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool and the backdrop of the surrounding green verdant hills. The guest bedroom is downstairs and comes equipped with a double bed, aircon, large cupboards with spare sheets, robes and slippers, but no safety deposit box inside.

Bathroom Description:
The spacious Master Bedroom’s has an ensuite bathroom surrounded with glass panels. Hot water is available. The bathroom has two shower areas, toilet and two wash basins between the glass panels. The guest bedroom's ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and two wash basins.

Location:
The villa compound is less than one kilometer from Bang Tao Beach beside the large Laguna hotels and small local cafes and shops all within a five-ten minute. Also within the same distanced from the villa there are new shopping complexes with a Tesco Lotus supermarket and MacDonald’s restaurant. You can quickly drive to several other relaxing beaches nearby such as Surin (5-minutes) and Kamala (10-minutes), also home to Phuket FantaSea night theme park. The pulsating Patong beach and nightlife scene is further south and can be reached within a 10-15 minute drive. Phuket City with several department stores is about 20-30 minutes to the south-east.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
