Booking this beautiful villa gives you the opportunity to use the estate’s communal facilities such as the restaurant, spa and fitness center.

The garden of the property is a great place to relax and unwind. Garden features include a private plunge pool with a Jacuzzi function and waterfall. Adjoining the pool is a wooden deck area ideal for lounging outdoors.

The open plan nature of the interior means that the lounge, dining room and western styled kitchen are conveniently situated within the same space and overlook the private plunge pool. The interior of the villa is chic and contemporary, perfect for those who enjoy holidaying in comfort and luxury. Smoking is allowed in the villa and you can also get access to a Wi-Fi internet connection.

Kitchen Description:
The western kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge/freezer, electric stove with 4 rings, ventilator, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, wash basin and a black marble work top with natural wood fittings for your self-catering pleasures.

Living Room Description:
This lounge area is home to a nice sofa with Thai silk cushions for 3-4 people and a coffee table. The entertainment facilities include a plasma TV with up to 70 cable channels and a DVD player. The lounge is just footsteps from the pool area, easily accessed through the patio windows.

Location:
Being situated just 0.5km from Bang Tao Beach is an ideal holiday destination for those looking for peace and quiet although there are bars and restaurants all under 1km from the villa. Under a five-minute drive, you will find Surin Beach and also Laguna Phuket Golf Club. Just a ten-minute drive away from the villa, you can visit Kamal, which also has a great beach and is home to Phuket Fantasea theme park, which is one of Phuket’s most famous and visited attractions.

Although Bang Tao and Surin do have small nightlife scenes, if you are looking for a more vibrant place to party, Patong Beach is just a 15-20 minute drive away. Situated on the sunset west coast of Phuket is the place you need to be to enjoy the best of Phuket.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
