Bishops Lodge Villa Corazones offers glorious views that seem to go on forever from just about every vantage point of this home. This wonderful home features three, carpeted bedrooms each with their own full bath. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and a cozy kiva fireplace. Another bedroom features two full size beds and a kiva fireplace while the third bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed. Vigas, plaster walls, and tile floors provide authentic southwestern character throughout the home. Take a short walk and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub or simply lounge around poolside while enjoying our fabulous Santa Fe weather. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and the hot tub is open year round. For your convenience the home is equipped with high-speed Internet.

We had a really wonderful stay at this house--nothing went wrong--very smooth visit. The setting is breathtaking and the home is just perfect--had everything we needed. It really felt like home away from home (but more beautiful and high end!). It's just moments from the Plaza, the opera, everything in Santa Fe. The house has a very practical layout and is nicely decorated (but not overdone)--roomy but cozy. I've stayed in a few vacation rentals and this by far was the best. I'll be back. Can't imagine a more ideal set up. Nice job. Kokopelli was great to work with, too. Thank you! |

Stayed for 6 days in July, 2012 The layout was perfect and general condition of house clean, BUT the dishes were filthy -- I had to wash everything before we used it -- I'm not talking water spots but dirty dishes and glasses. The patio door was broken to master bedroom. There was no propane when we attempted to grill. There was no response to the after hours telephone number. I had to call our rental agent before I could get a response to the propane problem. The person in charge of problems did not respond. The property was OK but I guess I expected more from a five star property. The three bedrooms, three baths worked quite well for my family. |

Stayed for 4 days in May, 2012 Throughout our stay, we had a problem with the alarm system: a beeper was activated every 3 hours or so. Somebody from Kokopelli showed up and said he could not solve the problem. We asked for help at the office and it never came. Over the week-end (which is the bulk of our stay, there is nobody to receive calls or to fix a problem.Too bad, the rest was great. |

I talked to Marcia about our wants and needs and she was a tremendous help finding the right place for us. The rental certainly met our needs. It was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and the scenery from the front was spectacular. Magnificant sunsets surrounded by the beautiful mountains. The trip to the city only took a few minutes and city parking lots are abundant. The only negative mentioned by some in the group who love to watch TV is that they wished for a big flat screen. Otherwise, it was a gem. |

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath was very comfortable, and we saved expenses with cooking and barbecuing after our long days of touring. We enjoyed the quiet nature, and used the community swimming pool and jacuzzi. Tracking to town was easy, and we felt centrally located with our trip to Taos. I read a few reviews that knocked this property, I think all changes have been made to rate this a 5 star property. I would highly recommend and would definitely rent this again. Thanks! |

It would get hot in the afternoon and then not cool off until early in the morning. Really detracted from what otherwise was a nice property. I would not stay there again. This issue was resolved during the guests stay and has not been an issue since. |

Stayed for 14 days in August, 2010 Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. The iron is broken. Arrived to find one of the railings in the home was loose. The emergency contact number provided in the check in documentation is an answering service and calls were not answered. Calls to Kokopelli management were not returned once they received our payment. I did get through to one person who gave me attitude rather than helping me solve my issue. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. |

The set up was perfect for three girlfriends to enjoy the cozy living room fire while we read the NY Times but private enough so we could escape to our own bedroom and bath. Kokopeli was kind enough (as was the owner!) to offer the discounted rate that was posted after we contracted for the rental. We do suggest that the bed linens be replaced--they are showing and feeling their age (very clean though!). We'll be back! |

Comments:1) map directions given to us were wrong.2) no instructions for gate pass were given to us. We had no idea how to use it until we watched another car enter.3) It would have been nice to have outdoor furniture off master patio.4) A gas grill would have been appreciated.5) Two guest bathroom tubs are very slow draining-need to be unplugged.6) When it rained, leak in ceiling in sink area of bedroom with 2 beds. We left a note tucked into ceiling area where leak was. |
