Majestic Sea-View Villa is one of just a few Super Deluxe Courtyard Sea View Villas perched on a steep hill facing north overlooking Surin and Bangtao beaches right at the end of private secure road. The top level entrance, with its own shaded car park, steps down into a beautiful Japanese style tropical garden porch with tranquil fish ponds, into a delightful dining room with well equipped kitchen. Bask in the stunning views from the balcony overlooking the expansive pool, waterfall, outside shower and sala The living and guestrooms and the gym/library are tucked away below, within touching distance of the surrounding jungle trees and the sounds & sights of the Andaman Ocean in the near distance. This five-level air-conditioned and fanned villa can sleep from 8 to 10 discerning guests. The wooden teak floors and classic décor throughout have been designed and carefully looked after by the original owners Ann & Richard, with their personal staff always in attendance, to impress even the most selective of visitors. They even wrote a poem of recommendations and tips to welcome guests.

Kitchen Description:
The fully equipped western kitchen includes a wide range of high-quality appliances and even several cookbooks and a bread maker, ensuring that your self catering needs are well met. You can even request a chef or room service from the resort restaurant. You have a four-ring stove/oven/grill, microwave, 3 toasters, rice cooker, fridge-freezer, tea or coffee maker with starter supplies & sauces/herbs and a wide range of classy dishware and cutlery etc. Modern dish-washing, clothes-washing/drying machines & humidifiers are also placed for your convenience.

Living Room Description:
The living room extends from the relaxing lounge area with sofas and reclining seats for 4 plus 2 Thai triangular cushions positioned on the carpet for viewing satellite TV/DVD and stereo system, to the bar area with stools and chairs for 6 more. Behind the bar is a store room with an extra tall fridge for drinks, an icemaker, and even a safe, games, binoculars & party hats etc.

Dining Room Description:
The air-conditioned and fanned wide wooden-teak hall houses a long dining table for 8-10 diners with a baby chair on standby, and 6 more wooden chairs on shaded balcony, with adjoining bathroom around corner, quite near to maid/mechanic's live-in quarters.

Bedrooms Description:
The master bedroom, beside the pool and courtyard to lounge/bar & shaded sala, has a large double bed and sofa bed with en-suite dressing rooms, bathroom, and private shade balcony with 2 chairs/table.

The 3 guest bedrooms, on level below in separate colour themes, surrounded by cascading waterfall from pool and terracotta statues. Two of the bedrooms have double beds with the third bedroom owning twin beds, all with connecting phones, & en-suite bathrooms.

Bathrooms Description:
The master bedroom's bathroom has a sunken Jacuzzi bath plus shower/toilet. One guest bathroom has a bath & shower. Another two have showers. All bathrooms have toilets, wash basins, tables, cupboards, plenty of towels, hairdryers, etc. The two other bathrooms are above and near the dining & lounge rooms.

Location:
This outstanding villa is located about 5 minutes walk down to beautiful and trendy Surin beach with lively clubs/restaurants open at night, and 10 minutes walk to secluded Laem Singh beach hidden in the jungles below the coastal road. It's just 10-15 minutes’ drive to Phuket Fantasea theme park or Bangtao beaches with many hotels. The villa is also a 20 minute drive to Patong's nightlife and shops, and 20-30 minutes to 6 golf courses. Within a 30 minute drive, you can visit Phuket City department stores or the airport.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

From Phuket airport to your villa we can provide transfers at 1,000 baht for a car taxi or 1,400 baht for a mini bus taxi. We can add this cost at the booking stage.
