Ocean Way is just a few years old, a sunny 2-storey yellow house with white pillars and trim. Offering more than 3,300 square feet for you to spread out in, it's a lovely place to return to after a day of sightseeing or playing on the beach.
The living room is huge, with a wall-mounted HDTV, ultra-cozy couch and easy chairs, a fireplace, polished hardwood floors, and long windows to let in plenty of sunshine. High ceilings add to the feeling of openness and ease. This is the place where the group will migrate in the evenings, the kids with their toys or beach treasures, the grown-ups with frosty drinks and photo albums. The atmosphere encourages you to linger and share one more good laugh before packing it in for another great night's sleep.

Palm Coast Get-Away Mostly Sunny Experience Kelley H. from Calgary, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 Overall, we enjoyed our time at the house. The cleaners were just leaving when we arrived and told us that they had made all the beds but needed to bring another duvet for one of the queen beds. We ended up having to call as the day the went on and they still hadn't arrived. Turns out that no one could bring us the duvet that night, so our daughter just slept with a sheet and light blanket that she had brought. We were told that we would be compensated for this inconvenience but haven't heard from anyone yet. It would have been nice to have regular blankets as the duvets got a bit hot, but the sheet alone wasn't enough. Some other issues - the upstairs coffee maker didn't work, the grill was very dirty, there were no cleaning supplies in the house (some basic ones would have been nice), no spices either (these could be kept from guest to guest), no code for the wireless (we tapped into someone else's...), the policy on towels for the pool is wrong on the info sheet at the house, sliding screens on the doors not functional/in disrepair, and a garage opener would have been nice. On the other hand, we loved the location, the pools, the free beach chairs and umbrellas, the restaurant recommendations, and the fact that there were games and movies in the house (albeit a limited selection). St. Augustine was fantastic and an easy drive - we visited 3 times! The proximity to Orlando was great, too. The Yellow House A guest from Auburn, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Spring Break 2013 we rented in Palm Coast. The Yellow House is attractive and downstairs is comfortable. The upstairs bathroom is a tight fit for a family of 4. We did not enjoy the beach because of the coarse shells and rocks. It was not suitable for children. The much anticipated Splash Park was too cold for our kids and the indoor Fun Zone is dated and games need repaired or replaced. The kitchen needs a few more serving bowls and a colander. Also we did see 6 roaches during the week. The property is gorgeous and the mini apartment above the garage was a nice refuge for the grandparents. We also had my wife's brother and sister. Plenty of room and great amenities. The Club was great, and the beach access was easy and close. Grocery was 5 mins away and the neighborhood was well kept. A few items for improvement however - would have been nice to have an audio system in place (what's vacation without music?), but we luckily brought a small Bose travel player. The main television wasn't of great quality (we were there during bowl game week) and the remote didn't work. Otherwise, perfect vacation home. We will be back! The separate apartment above the garage perfect for the oldest's son and his wife and 6 month old baby. The master suite beautiful! Overall very clean(needed some dusting of fans and lights in the bathroom)and kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The only small complaint we have is the bedroom doors lack any kind of noise barrier if you want privacy with your spouse. We would stay again. Tv's great/wifi great. FAMILY FUN Phyllis D. from Marietta, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 The house was all that we had expected and more. Close to the beach and great club house amenities. Our a/c/ was broken when we checked in and it was frustrating to get someone from maintenance to respond and we had to get Steve Milo involved to get results but once we did it went smoothly. I think the outside wicker furniture need replacing. Very rusty and looks bad in such a beautiful house. There are poison caterpillers living in the ceiling between the two houses. They tend to drop down. Should be removed, a/c vent returns very dusty as were all the glass tops on furniture in bedrooms. Mold in both showers and tub very dirty in master bath. Grill outside broken on left side, lots of cob webs in the house on fans and fire extinguishers Kitchen lite fixture very greasy and dusty. All small house keeping issues. We controlled the ant and palmetto bugs in the house with spray, but there were sitings of red roaches in the kitchen linen drawer and in the oven of all places. Curtain in master bed room hanging from broken clip.Lite out in master bed room closet. Property manager stopped by to check on a/c problem and we showed him scratches on living room floor that were there when we checked in. We left the house in very good condition, washed all but one load of towels, washed all dishes and put away, swept floors, and emptied all trash cans as was asked of us. I did not find out until I was on the way home we were asked to strip the beds. A voice mail was left on my phone asking us to do so. Sorry but I would think that a $295.00 cleaning fee would have covered that. Overall we did have a great time. And we would return again next year. If I have one complaint it would be that the owner does NOT have HDTV. In today's world not having HDTV seems unthinkable. The property was not equipped with a wireless modem either but that was quickly rectified by VRP. However, minus the HDTV issue it is a beautiful home and otherwise well supplied.I also want to give a thank you to VRP for being very helpful in the minor nuances we incurred during our stay. The Cinnamon Beach Ocean Way home was great for my family of five and my in-laws, who stayed in the guest villa. The house is beautiful and looks just as good in person as in the pictures. It was well-stocked with items and top-notch decor. There was construction next door which caused a few minor issues. The windows were very dirty (we assume from the construction). Also, when we stayed (Mid-January), there were no towels by the pool. We did not bring beach towels, so we had to find something to use. Again, a very minor detail.I would recommend Vacation Rental Pros and this location. We were very happy with everything. A Wonderful Vacation Home with Close Proximity to nice Amenities Noelle P. from Jacksonville, Florida recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in November, 2011 My family and guests loved this home. It was very clean, had very high quality sheets and towels, and nice kitchen upgrades. There was planty of room for six people in the main house and two in the guest house. The two bathrooms upstairs are very nice. The beds are pillow top and very comfortable.The clubhouses were one block away and the ocean is even closer. The clubhouses were very nice and had a wonderful pool and splash area for children.I give this property five stars across the board without hesitation. However, there are two things I would point out as growth areas: sounds travel in the house is significant. It even made it difficult for people to sleep upstairs if there were people talking downstairs. There is also construction occurring at the lot in front of and behind the house so it could be quite noisy at 7am on weekdays. Despite these slight drawbacks, I recommend this property wholeheartedly.
