Our property truly inhabits an exclusive oceanfront location. Watch the calm waves roll onto the shore and feel the comforting breezes from the coziness of the master bedroom. There are two full bathrooms, a king bed in the bedroom with an additional two full sleeper sofas. Downstairs is a full kitchen and an extra two full sleeper sofas. There are flat screen televisions on each floor. We provide all linens, towels, kitchen utensils, toasters, and irons. This unit can sleep up to six to eight people comfortably.

Great stay, HORRIBLE PARKING SITUATION Reviewed by: Luiz S. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 Everything about this was great except for parking at the building. It runs through the valet office. They are the least professional, rudest, most incompetent valet service I've ever seen. Also, Miavac cannot give you extra parking passes, rather you have to buy 8 hour passes, requiring you to contantly be using new passes. We sometimes had to wait up to 40 minutes for our car, which really affected our day. One night there was a line of cars down the street, and we had to wait 30 minutes just for them to be able to park the car. This alone makes me never want to come back. |

Nice outside patio with a charcoal BBQ if you like to grill. It has a full kitchen and supermarket is just about a mile away. Excellent for a family of four. Poolside had the best mojitos and the food there was really good as well. The BAD:the sleeping arrangements, the bed was not so comfortable, it could use a better mattress. Same goes for the sleeper sofa. The UGLY: convenient valet for your car BUT there is a delay to get your car so prepare in advance. The BEST were the employees at MIAVAC.. assisted me with all of my needs and answered all questions and were reachable at any time of the day. |

The staff was very professoinal.We had a problem with the DVD Player and it was replaced very fast with a new one. The only problem was the construction that was taking place during our stay. It was loud but only on the week days, the weekend was fine no noise.The other thing is I wish the grocery store was closer they had one on site but the prices were way to expensive.Overall the stay was refreshing. I would definintly stay here again. I recommend this vacation rental highly. |

The place was so dirty and not at all taken care of. This was very frustrating and disappointing, as this was not cheap. The location was the only good thing about this rental, as we were right on the beach. We had to clean the floors and the shower area before we used it. A cleaning fee was applied of $90 and the place was cleaner when we left, than when we got in. |

Condo Located Right on Miami Beach Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2012 We loved the location and the property in general. Being able to walk right to the beach from the back porch was fantastic and it was a beautiful view, beaches were nice and fairly private. Staff was very helpful and it was very easy to get in and out and get the car when needed. Only complaint we had was that the inside was a little dirtier/worn down than would have been expected and it would have been nice to have a few basic things such as salt/pepper and a few more glasses so constant cleaning wasnt necessary. |
