Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This two bedroom, two bath condo is beautifully appointed with one of a kind and very comfortable furnishings for 4 to sleep, eat, relax and vacation in luxury. We have a king bed in the master bedroom and the second bedroom can be either two twins or a king bed. Spacious granite kitchen, and marble tiled bathrooms with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Wide screen cable TV, full audio and video equipment in the living room plus TVs in the bedrooms. Wifi computer is free. Books, games, full linens and towels including beach towels are all there for you. The washer and dryer as well as a kitchen with the latest in appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster make living as easy as if you were home.
Poipu Kai Resort is a 70-acre oasis of tropical gardens and abundant lawns stretching between Brennecke's beach at the western end and Shipwreck's Beach a long stretch of golden sand on the eastern end. At Poipu Kai you will find yourself adrift in tropical gardens and incredible views. With access to an on-site restaurant, swimming pools, gas grills, hot tub and tennis courts, pro-shop, walking paths, nearby shopping, entertainment and activities you'll have plenty to do or just take the time to do nothing at all and relax at the beach for a day full of sand and sun. Regency 811 A guest from Lethbridge, AB does not recommend this property. Stayed for 9 days in April, 2013 We thought the overall experience was great. We were disappointed with two things. The first was our impression when we walked in, the rugs were deeply stained an unappealing to the eye for such a beautiful property. We have read other comments on the Internet but thought this problem was addressed and the carpets had been cleaned. And my next complaint was the noise for our first three nights it was so quite after all we had come for rest and relaxation. I couldn't believe how quite it was until the 3rd night a family of three checked in in the unit above us. I think the child was was maybe three years old. The noise would start around 5:00 am he or she never stopped running around that unit. The thumping on the floor drove me crazy for the rest of our stay. Maybe renters with small children should rent lower units because of the noise it really did upset me for the rest of my stay. |

March 2013 A guest from Fairbanks, AK recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in March, 2013 I have stayed in several condos in this area over the years. the location of this condo was great. The interior of the condo was a bit 'worn'. the carpet had MANY large stains throughout the condo, not sure if dirty as well. the dishwasher was broken with a note that said was reported on 2/25/13.... when will that get fixed? Only ONE hair dryer in the unit available in the master bathroom only, and it also was broken with a note that said was reported on 2/25/13. So no hair dryer available in unit. The kitchen was well stocked except NO can opener to be found, had to run out in middle of cooking to buy a can opener! Overall, condo was acceptable and I would probably stay here again. Thanks. |

Enjoyed Regency condo at Poipu Kai A guest from Surrey, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in February, 2013 We've stayed here before and enjoyed it as much the second time. Great location. Great unit, very comfortable. Dishwasher wasn't working but that didn't take the shine off our enjoyment of the unit. The grounds at Poipu Kai are gorgeous too, so well kept. We would definitely stay here again. |

Kauai condo - Regency at Poipu A guest from San Jose, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 First time in Kauai and visited in Feb. Booked last minute so stayed at another condo down the road, then this one. Maybe the previous condo spoiled us, but this one was just OK. Location was great. Grounds nice. Beds not that comfy. Biggest issue though were upstairs neighbors. LOUD and running and banging for hours at a time both days and nights. I think they are full time residents. Knocked & no answer. Not relaxing! |

Relaxing Getaway in Poipu A guest from St. Cloud, MN recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in March, 2012 Our 9 day vacation in Kauai was 'saved' by staying in the Regency 811. While we were on Kauai, the island received a record amount of rainfall. The Regency 811 provided a relaxing place to ride out the storms, while also being close to areas that had the highest likelihood of seeing the sun! It was so nice to be able to walk to both Brennecke's Beach (great boogie boarding) and Shipwreck Beach. What we appreciated most about the condo was taht it was exactly as described. Thanks! |
