This comfortable three bedroom, two bath home has it all- ocean view, fenced yard and only one short block to the beach. Sit on the large wrap around deck and listen to the sound of the waves. Stay warm by the fire either in the upstairs living room or downstairs in the family room. The family room has a gaming table with bumper pool that's perfect for family game nights. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, mocrowave and garbage disposal. This is a lovely home with much to offer the person looking for a getaway or for a family vacation. Everything has been considered to make your stay fun and rewarding and once you stay you will want to visit every year. Carmel Holiday is a pet-friendly home- 2 dog limit. Maximum occupancy 8, car limit 3. By the week only in July and August, Sunday to Sunday.

Close by for walks on the beach and in the cute town of Manzanita, and we also hiked nearby Neahkahnie Mountain for a lovely view of the coast. The yard appeared to be in the process of renovation so it was difficult to keep dirt out of the house. Hedges around the property are overgrown and there's a break in the fence so my dog got out. That was scary. Knives are dull, so bring your sharpener. The living area upstairs is great. Kitchen well supplied. |

It was nice but had a few quirky elements including a slightly scarey stair railing and some old shag carpeting. This Christmas was wonderful. New carpeting , new stair railings.
