Park Place is attractively decorated and designed for your needs in mind. Park Place will sleep 10.Rent this home or both Boardwalk and Park Place together at a reduced rate. Together, this home sleeps ten or up to 20 people comfortably. Perfect for your next family reunion.The downstairs opens into a great area that is perfect for enjoying TV or let the kids play. There are two bedrooms downstairs with new plush queen size beds. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds or four singles. You will find a laundry room and full bath on this level also. The upstairs has a partial ocean view and is elegantly decorated. The full kitchen features granite counter tops and tile floors. There is also a breakfast bar with four chairs. The nicely furnished living and dinning area features laminate flooring and opens on to the deck where you can sit enjoy a BBQ or just sit and enjoy the view. The master bedroom is spacious and plush. It features a creative hand crafted bed frame for the new king bed and a sitting area. This is a perfect place for some quite time. There is a beautifully designed second full bath on this level also. The Upstairs Living Room also has TV and Cable. This home also has a back yard and is just steps from a beach access. The trash can outside was full when we arrived. The code I was given to the lock box was wrong. Had to call the office to get the correct one. Calling twice before someone answers was even more frustrating |

Exceptional home to stay in Shirley P. from Vancouver, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2012 It was a beautiful home and met all of our needs. We rented both units and it was jsut great. The only problem we had was the breaker in the Park Place unit was not working properly and two of the bedrooms did not have any electricity. We had to run extension cords to the bedrooms and use lamps for light. The housekeeper was at the house on our arrival and knew the situation but we never saw anyone come to fix it. We did fine with the lamps, so we were not concerned about not hearing from anyone. Property Manager Response: Response from Sunset Vacation Rentals We apologize for the inconvienence. Park Place and Boardwalk Combined A guest from Portland, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in March, 2012 Park Place was a great place to stay. We rented both sides of the townhouse. It would be helpful if we could have unlocked the door between the two houses on the upper deck. The only way to the other side was to go downstairs and out the front door. The shower upstairs did have a mechanical error with water spraying from the top all over the bathroom. Overall it is a nice property.
