Our living room and all 4 bedrooms of our Bella Mar condo open onto a balcony overlooking either the sunrise on Crescent Beach or the sunset on the Intracoastal! Beautifully furnished and perfectly located, this is your St. Augustine home-away-from-home!
Bella Mar 202 is one of just 8 condos in the beautiful and serene family enclave of Bella Mar. Here you're always just steps away from the outdoors, with that refreshing ocean breeze and the murmur of the surf. Birds wheel past, marine life has been known to raise a fin above the waves, and the blue Florida sky makes a beautiful backdrop. The wide white sands of Crescent Beach -- one of Florida's absolute best! -- and the dunes are just below our balcony on one side, while the condo swimming pool and the placid tides of the Intracoastal are on the other. Wherever you look, there's beauty!
Featuring an addictive hammock and a casual table and chairs, our balconies are a delight for everyone in your party. This is the place to savor that first cup of coffee in the morning, or linger over a glass of wine before bed. It's a great place to open the laptop and send a few emails or update your Facebook status ("Fallen in love with Crescent Beach!"). You have free high-speed, dual-band wireless Internet here, so you can stay connected with one or many wireless devices even when viewing nature at its most unspoiled . . . or you can put all the electronics away, pull out the journal and binoculars, and have an old-fashioned vacation!
The best part about the balconies is that one is accessible from every bedroom, plus the living room. Your group can gather on the Intracoastal side to enjoy the sunset, and the next morning a few hearty souls may even greet the sunrise on the beach. (Don?t be surprised to see rabbits, turtles, and other wildlife scurrying about as you stroll over the dunes on our boardwalk!) You don't even have to brave the stairs -- ours is an elevator building, with underground parking so nothing mars the view! There is even a dock across the street on the Intracoastal where you can enjoy the sunset or go fishing.
With the exterior so lovely, you might expect the inside of the condo to be a letdown, but you're in for a surprise. We've recently updated everything, from the travertine floors in the living, dining, kitchen, and bathrooms to the soft bamboo floors in the bedrooms. You?ll find stainless-steel kitchen appliances, HDTVs, dual-band wireless and high-speed Internet throughout. We?ve also added Blu-ray streaming devices in the main room and master bedroom. Just because you're at the beach doesn't mean you have to rough it!
Our living area is stylish and spacious, with sink-right-in couches, a 50" HDTV, gas fireplace, and great views. The dining area is in one corner, beneath soft spotlighting. Here a table for 6 awaits, with extra seating in tall directors' chairs at the breakfast bar. --What's that? You're eating on the balcony again? --Oh well, use the table for a game of Settlers of Catan, or let the kids fill it up with the shells and sharks' teeth they've found!
The kitchen is a delight, with new appliances, granite countertops, and wood cabinets filled with cookware, dishes, and utensils. There?s even a reverse osmosis water filtration system to bring you clean, tasty drinking water and ice.
The master suite is luxurious, from the king-sized bed to the bamboo wood floors, HDTV with Blu-ray player, and en suite bath with Jacuzzi. The other 3 bedrooms are similarly appointed: the second has a queen bed, HDTV, and bath with a walk-in shower. The third and fourth also have HDTVs: one with a queen bed, the other with 2 doubles. And all 4 bedrooms have balcony access and lovely views.
A third full bathroom is convenient to the living area. All of the linens you need for Bella Mar 202 are waiting for you here, along with our washer and dryer to keep them fresh. Downstairs in the garage is a convenient storage area for your beach and fishing equipment.
