As a top floor of an elevator building, Ocean Village Club Q37 has the advantages of great views in two directions and no noisy upstairs neighbors. Just outside our front door is the open stairwell, a great place to sit and watch kite surfers glide over the waves in late afternoon. Birds sail by each morning and evening, and the ocean is an ever-changing palette of blue. You're going to love it here!
Our balcony is just outside the living area at Ocean Village Club Q37. The big oceanfront swimming pool is just below and to the right, while the Atlantic beckons beyond. And you have a perfect view of the private dune walkover leading down to the sand, so you can keep an eye on the big kids as they rush out for another great day at the beach.
When it's time to tear yourself away from the balcony and come indoors, you're immediately greeted by the cool, pleasant décor of white wicker and soft florals and stripes. Very comfortable chairs and couches (including one that folds out to a bed for 2) are arranged in this spacious, light-filled room. Smooth tiled flooring feels good on hot "beach feet," and the long sliding glass door offers a lovely view of the ocean even when you're sitting down. In one corner, a new HDTV with Blu-Ray/DVD and 3D capacity promises entertainment for the whole family.
The dining area is just past the living room, close enough to the sliding glass door that you can watch the ocean as you dine. Or, if you prefer to take your meals out to the balcony or down to the grills and picnic tables of the Ocean Village Club resort grounds, turn the table into your game center for a pitched battle of Old Maid! It also makes a good place to set up your laptop (you have free wireless Internet at Ocean Village Club Q37) and check the opening times of your next sightseeing adventure.
You will love the kitchen here. Painted a bright shade of blue and fitted with sparkling white cabinetry, it contains all the major and minor appliances you could need, plus cookware, dishes, and utensils. Everything is updated and new here, from the smooth tile floor to the handsome stone countertops. And even if you don't intend to do much cooking this vacation, you'll appreciate the convenience of our microwave, coffeemaker, icemaker, and dishwasher!

Ok for a week but not for "months". William M. from Farmland, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 56 days in January, 2013 I had to have this condo paid for in advance. Youwere using MY money all summer. Coastal Realty who we had been using for Ocean Village Club only requires a $250 deposit per month of intended stay. Then pay FIRST month on arrival.Your requirements are just not acceptable. Also, the furniture in this condo is just not comfortable for older folks. Owner should put in at least 2 comfortable recliners or the like for old bones. Also the mattress in the master bedroom is WAY past replacement. The 2 inch topper the was put on top of it isno good. By the way, this was the 2nd year we stayed here. What's good? Location is good butit is on 3rd floor so buy a small cart to haul all you stuff over to the elevator! We will be going back to Coastal where the reservationsmake sense. Lovely property but was not clean or maintained A guest from Spartanburg, SC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in November, 2012 The property grounds were lovely and the view awesome. We even ate Thanksgiving dinner by the pool. The unit Q37 needs some work. It was not clean and has several items that need attention. The shelves in the refrigerator were broken,so not much storage. No can opener and the coffee pot is broken on the lip where the coffee pours in a messy stream. Also all lamp shades were terribly dusty along with all the silk plants and ceiling fans. One lamp shade was broken. They need to be replaced. This unit would be easier to clean if the artificial plants were removed. There are 10 artificial plants in the living, dining, kitchen area. Too Much! The drains in the shower and tub are very slow and the master shower has mildew. The upholstery needs cleaning or replacing. The unit looked like it had not been dusted in some time. If it had not been rented in a while, someone should at least dust and check on cleaning before guests arrive. Screen on patio is broken and the vertical blinds on patio door fall out if you open or close them. It could be a wonderful unit with just some needed floor to ceiling cleaning and removal of clutter of artificial plants, etc. We had fun because we were with friends and family. They had rented a total of 4 units from another company and their units were very clean. Ocean Village Club Q37/Vacation Rental Pros A guest from McDonough, Georgia does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 First the good.Ocean Village Club is a fantastic place to stay. We have stayed at this propert for several years now. The view from our unit was great! Q37 is furnished nicely.The not so good.Vacation Rental Pros: We were traveling with other family members who also had Unit Q14 reserved through Vacation Rental Pros. Upon arrival we found the lock box for Q14 open and no keys.We were told by VRP staff that Q14 (Ocean Front) was not available...(even though as we arrived we recieved a house cleaning survey for Q14 and had recieved several confirmation emails in the weeks before our arrival date)??? The reservation was made in Feb. '12 and the unit had been paid in full. The only explanation given was that they should have not rented the unit and that they could be put in the "D" bldg (street front)or 25 miles away. After two hours of trying to get the situation resolved, we were finally given the keys to unit Q14. The unit had not been cleaned or the linens changed from a previos stay. The staff at the St. Augustine office were not able to help or give any answers. The issue was finally resolved with someone on the phone.Q37: Unit had sand on the floors upon arrival. The tile in the living area has a large running crack and is covered with a floor covering that is in bad condition around the edges. Drain in master shower drains slow. When using the bottom lock on the door you are taking a chance as it is very difficult to unlock at times. Light in second bedroom does not work, chain has been pulled out of light kit.Considering the issues with the unit, I feel the price paid to be a little high. Needs improvement A guest from Hahira, Georgia does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 Apartment was not clean. Had to sweep and vacuum dog hair before we could let our toddler on the floor. Also had to rewash master bed sheets-dog hair. Apartment needs new blinds and rug fixed. Window in spare room needs repair. Beds are not comfortable hard time sleeping. Decor is pretty-location is one of the best. We have rented different units in O and Q for the past 5 years. I would not however rent this unit again. Also the elevator was not kept as clean as it should have been. We reported food in the elevator ceiling on Wednesday and it was still there when we left Sat. We enjoyed having our pet with us. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable so I would not return to this rental unless they replaced the mattresses with better quality ones. 1st beach vacation A guest from St Paul, Minnesota recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in May, 2012 Mom lived in St Augustine for more than 25 years before moving "up North" to live with me. We decided to go "all out" for this trip since she had not been back to visit for 6 years. The condo was beautifully furnished, clean, inviting and as advertized, you could see the ocean from every window. Views were outstanding. Wildlife and flowers in the dunes made the short trip on the walkway to the beach interesting. Kitchen and linens were well stocked. Lots of magazines and games were rovided along with TVs and DVD players if you need indoor entertainment. All in all, a very relaxing and satisfying vacation. Only drawback was the Wi-Fi. No service until the last 2 days of our stay. Vacation Pro staff was working on it every day, but problem was finally determined to be with the owners vs internet provider. Patty, Sarah and Scott went the extra mile to be sure things were taken care of. I'm looking forward to renting from this company again - probably the same condo if we can get it. Condo view was great! Location is perfect. Janis and Norman C. from Rochester, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in April, 2012 Everything was very nice. However the master bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortable. Probably should invest in something with more support. My husband woke up with a stiff back every morning and could not sleep too well because of the mattress. I did notice that some of the tiles in the great room area need some work but most of it is covered up with the area matt.It would be nice if they had taller chairs with a bar height table on the patio so that you could sit and look at the ocean without looking between the bars. We could not access into the wi-fi, so I had to use my phone.Overall we enjoyed it. The beds were very uncomfortable, unless you like sleeping on a board. We have rented several condos and the beds were always comfortable. However, I think it is time for you to invest in new mattresses! I didn't expect to spend $1200 and sleep on such a terrible mattress. The grout in the master shower needs to be cleaned. The tub in the second bathroom needs to be worked on because it didn't drain very well. The second bedroom door handle kept falling off (a simple fix.) These are minor and fixable problems.
