Vacation Condo Rental Description:

This beautifully furnished studio will make you feel like royalties. This large unit has with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed for two, and the view on Indian Creek and the bay. The kitchen is nicely equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, and burners, as well as dishes and glassware. It opens onto the living area with a beautiful dining table. The apartment is located in the Millionaire Row, in a building with direct access to the beach, a large pool, fitness room, 24/7 security, internet cafe and a spa. Free valet parking for one car included in the rent.

This place is not as new as it looks on the pictures. It is very old, and has a bad paint job, and very dirty windows that look like they were never washed. Most of the amenities don't work properly. Like the blender, when we tried to use it, everything just poured out of it. The bathtub in the bathroom is old and needs to be replaced, it just has a big hole for the water to run off, and no proper net. The water was cold the whole week we were there, no hot water at all. First day we got there, there was no water at all in the whole building, all day long. When we talked to the security downstairs, they said that this is not the first time it happened, they always have problems with leaking pipes, and had water shut off just a few days ago too. Also there is no fan in the bathroom, and I wouldn't recommend trying to open the window. They seemed like they were about to break when you just touch the lock on the window. There are a lot nicer hotels and condos around in that area, that are newer and cleaner, if you want to stay at a nice place, don't stay here.
