Stayed for 7 days in May, 2013 We had a wonderful time the only drawback was that we had not rented a car and should have but we managed to get around for groceries, etc...Val,from HG Christie was great and we would definitely consider coming back again. We've told many friends and co-workers about it and they were definitely impressed with the property and the location. All in all a wonderful vacation experience. |

Azure Vue House - Bahamas Reviewed by: Ellen H. recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in January, 2013 Renting the house and dealing with the rental agent was easy and convienient. They were just great in answering questions. We liked the house - it is away from Naussa's tourists and convenient to a grocery. We liked the amenities of the house, appreciated all the beach towels and kitchen. The Master balcony and view were just lovely. Things that could be improved is the size and quality of the beds. The Master had a double - too small for adults for 9 nights, and the rest of the beds were singles. All the beds could be upgraded easily with 2" memory foam. We also did not realize that the better beaches were a significant drive away - the beach in our neighborhood is rocky - lovely, and fine to walk near. We loved the pool and the deck and grounds. |

Quiet and Relaxing David L. from Saskatchewan, recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in December, 2012 The property is very nice. Big, spacious, with great views, and a wonderful pool. We had to do cleaning when we arrived and there were lots of burned out bulbs. I don't think anyone had been in the house for a while and the yard and pool was messy. Once everything was cleaned, it was great. Quiet neighborhood, ocean view, and wonderful back yard. Compared to staying at paradise Island, this is extremely cost effective, especially with room for up to six. No good beaches in the neighborhood, so you must have a car. You can snorkle in the bay, but there isn't much to see. The beach to the south is useable, but it is not clean. Buying groceries and eating at the Condo worked out very well, we even cooked a full Christmas dinner with no problems. Grocery prices were similar to Canada. Alcohol may be cheaper in the US, but cheaper than Canada. Grocery store was close, but liquor stores are a longer drive. Driving downtown is a bit scary, but in the neighborhood is not a problem. Very convenient to downtown and Paradise Island by car. Paradise Island has the best beach on the island (clean), but everything on Paradise Island will cost twice what it does in Nassau. Things I would recomend to add would be that a gas barbecue would be nice and a safe for passports and valuable. Barbecuing with briquettes took some getting used to. |

The property overall was fantastic. Great location near our family on the east part of the island. A car is definetly needed. Nice start Poor finish Mike W. from Albuquerque, NM recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Pros: good location, great views, nice pool. Cons: Bed in master bedroom was too small and very uncomfortable. Bed linens on the old side. Also the shower in the master bath is very poor and I got out of breath running around trying to get wet. Didn't like the way our check out was handled, we thought we had an agreement to check out at 1.00pm and were not informed that some new guests were arriving in the afternoon so it was a surprise to us when the cleaning lady turned up at 9.00am and started to clean and prepare the house for the new guests which made us feel uncomfortable and like we were in the way. Look before communicate A guest from River Forest, Illinois does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in June, 2012 Need communication between the renter and the staff. The pool men just walked in with out notifying us. You wake up and see some stranger in th yard That scary.
