The Deer Lake Village condominiums are located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, just a mile from the base of the Deer Valley Resort.  They are also near Park City’s Main Street where the highest concentrations of restaurants and shopping are located.  This lovely condo is quite spacious (approximately 1,760 square feet in size!) and is conveniently serviced by Deer Valley’s Skier Shuttle bus for transportation to and from the resort. 




The condo is two levels, with the living room, kitchen, and dining area in a great room on the main level.  Just outside is the patio with private hot tub and gas BBQ.  Also on the main level are the laundry room and a full bathroom.  Upstairs are the master and second bedrooms, each with private full bathrooms and vaulted ceilings.   


Living Room:  Adjoins kitchen/dining area, comfortably furnished, with gas burning fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo w/ iPod dock and queen sofa sleeper. 

 

Kitchen:  Spacious and fully equipped for cooking meals, tile counters, hardwood flooring, adjoins dining area and living room.


Dining Room:  Adjacent to kitchen and family room, seating for 6, plus 2 barstools at kitchen counter/bar.


Bedrooms:

Master – King bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, and a jetted bath tub. 

Second – Two twin beds, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and adjoining bathroom.  There is a roomy window seat that could be made up as a child’s bed if requested.


Hot tub:  Private outdoor hot tub on back patio.


Laundry Room:  Washer and dryer on main level.


Garage:  Attached, 1 car.


Distance to Deer Valley Resort:  1 mile (Deer Valley Skier Shuttle circulates through the condos between 8am and 5pm).  

Distance to Park City Mountain Resort:  2 ½ miles 

Distance to Main Street:  1 ½ miles

Distance to Free Bus (Park City Transit, travels throughout Park City and the surrounding areas): 4/10 mile
