This large, lovely home in Sunset Beach is full of colorful art and furnishings. It features 6 king bedrooms, each with its own full bath. There are four on the first floor, one on the second floor, and one on the top floor with private balcony overlooking the beach. This top floor also features a theater room with a large-screen HDTV equipped with surround- sound, DVD player, and VCR. Other amenities in this living/theater area include a wet bar and a half-bath. The first-floor bedrooms each have their own porch overlooking the water (two on the bay side and two on the beach side). The second-floor king bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub in its bathroom with a sitting area adjacent and access to a beachview balcony. The main living area is on the second floor as well; it is open-concept with a large gas fireplace, a dining area with covered balcony access, and a well-outfitted large kitchen with two of everything: two ovens, two refrigerators, two sinks and two dishwashers. The home also offers a queen sleeper sofa, two washers and dryers (on the first and second floors), as well as an elevator. Outside, there is a double park-style grill, a fish cleaning station, an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, and covered parking area, with beach access right across the street. Community amenities in Sunset Beach include gated entrance, state park proximity, boardwalk, heated pool, tennis court, grilling area and clubhouse.
