"A Victorian Dream" is a fantastic, large, Victorian style home located on a large, secluded, corner lot on St. George Island. When you walk into the house, you'll find a tiled, grand entry-way with an elegant chandelier and ceiling expanding to the second level of the home. Spacious living, dining and kitchen areas await you - Great for enjoying meals together or kicking back in front of the big fireplace in the living room. The first floor has three bedrooms. One bedroom has its own full bath. The other two have a "jack and jill bath" adjoining them. The kids will love the other bedroom, complete with a "castle" play area with a ladder and slide with a twin bunk on top. One bedroom faces the beach and has a screened porch that connects to the open air deck overlooking the courtyard. The entire upstairs is an enormous king master suite with a private dining area and a dual-fireplace connecting the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom features a large jacuzzi tub, separate his-and-hers vanities and a large, glass-enclosed shower. There is also an office space off the bathroom that with equipment to get your exercise in. The master suite has a private deck and access to a widow's walk with great views. Other amenities include a built in stereo system with interior and exterior speakers, a large laundry area, fish-cleaning table, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The boardwalk to the beach is located directly across the street.

This home is set up perfectly for events. If you're planning a wedding, this home is a great wedding-friendly home, with a large, private, fenced and paved courtyard with in-ground jacuzzi and gazebo.

It's also pet-friendly - for 1 dog 35 pounds & under for $75. Any others would have to be approved by owner.
