Lake View Home with Homeowners Beach! Enjoy the best Tahoe offers from this beautifully crafted home. Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and bar seating, high end appliances, heated floors. Lake views from three of the four bedrooms. One story for most living spaces except washer/dryer which is down stairs. Two car garage. Close to Tahoe City, hiking trails right outside the door, ten minutes to Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. Entry Level: Greatroom w/ dining, living, kitchen, balcony, BR 1 w/ Queen, full bath, BR 2 w/ double, BR 3 w/ queen, full bath, BR 4 w/ double, half bath, and 2 car garage. There is no designated master bedroom, but rather a bath between two bedrooms on each side.Homeowners Beach and Piers Gated park with beach and two piers. Swimming area. Weekly boat bouy rentals available with advance notice. Picnic tables each with a charcoal BBQ can be reserved in advance at no extra cost. There also is a playground, sand volleyball court, basketball hoop, horseshoes, and grass lawns. Bathrooms, bikeracks, raft pump, too.

Stayed for 4 days in October, 2012 two of the rooms didn't have working heaters b/c the battery was out on the thermostat, but we didn't care b/c we only needed two rooms. i'm sure thye would have fixed it, but we didn't need it. other than that, amazing view. note, no window shades, so lots of sun in the morning (good/bad). Property Manager Response: Response from Tahoe Vacation Rentals, Inc All batteries have been replaced. |

Super modern kitchen stocked with all thing you might need. Loved the showers.But please upgrade the sofas and seating pillows. The view of Lake Tahoe is stunning. The sunset and sunrise are absolutely breathtaking from the living room and the rooms with a view. The kitchen is well furnished and we ended up cooking all meals there. I will certainly rent this house again when I return to Lake Tahoe. An amazing oasis of peace. |
