Stayed for 3 days in January, 2016 Our group really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. I would recommend this property. The extra game table between the dining and family rooms was very helpful ... (didn't appear in any photos).

Stayed for 9 days in December, 2015 The management company for this home is wonderful.THey were very accomodating and responsive to our needs..THe house is very nice and comfortable--perfect for our family consisting of 9 adults, a 3 yr old and an 11 month old..THe couch in the living room sat all of us, the dining table as well..THe pool table was a great asset..THe neighborhood is beautiful (a winter wonderland, picture perfect)...THe kitchen is new and very spacious.. However, I found the utensils and items very disorganized and could use some new skillets and pots ...THe walk down to the chair lift is not too bad, but its the coming back up after a day of skiing that makes it difficult...THe rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space...THe beds are comfy, but I would suggest replacing the linens--they were old an did not fit properly..THere was also a lot of stuff (clothing, cleaning items, toiletries, etc) inside drawers and shelves in the bedrooms and bathrooms that take up space and was very disorganized--limiting use of space for the guests..Overall, I highly recommend the home...THe ideal situation would be if it was part of the Cascade Village resort where the shuttle bus could pick you up at the doorstep...We had a wonderful stay and the house was very cozy and family oriented.

Wish we could have stayed longer! A guest from Englewood, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in July, 2015 Gore Creek Properties was quick to respond and replace a broken coffee maker. They also brought over a strong fan to cool the upstairs from hot July temperatures we were having. The house is large and spacious and we really enjoyed it. Vail in the summer is wonderful!
Great Stay Jonathan D. from west mount, QC recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in March, 2015 Amazing Condo. Clean; spacious; comfortable; well furnished. A decent walk to the chairlift, and there was an issue with the shuttle, but all in all a great stay
Large house, pleasant stay A guest from New York City, NY recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in January, 2015 Great value for the money. I was hesitant about staying near the Cascade area, but it turned out well as the lift had no lines and we were on first chair twice at 8:30am. Easy to cross over to the Pride Express lift and up to the top of Eagle Bahn Gondola, and then pretty convenient from there. It did take a while to cross all the way back to Blue Sky Basin.. but we left at 8:30am and still were at Blue Sky before it opened at 10am. The house is ~10 minutes to walk to the lift (on the way there it is downhill and through the hotel, on the way back it is unfortunately up a hill). Overall, I would say value trumps the further away location. And you're still staying basically at Vail.It was very clean, warm, and spacious even for 11 people. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the tables / sofas large enough to fit everyone. The only sofa area is in the main living room, but we also used the pool table in the basement. In terms of beds, upstairs there is a king, queen, three twins, and two twins; in the basement there is another queen with ensuite bathroom (listing this because I was wondering beforehand about the beds setup). Tons of bathrooms. Only two keys provided, but we found it easier to use the garage code with this many people. We had a wonderful time - Gore Creek Properties was professional in communication beforehand and even allowed us a later check-out since there was no party arriving on the same day after us. Much appreciated. Thanks for the great stay!
Great home at a Great price Lynn R. from Schererville, Indiana recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in June, 2014 Overall, very happy with our stay Plenty of space, slept 10 comfortably. Great location with wonderful views. Very clean & well maintained. No surprises...looks exactly like the pictures. The only negative was that we could not contact the management company by phone for questions. No one was in the office between 1 PM & 3 Pm on Friday or 10 AM Monday. Used the "after hours" pick-up/drop off boxes. Check in & out was easy though.

Stayed for 7 days in February, 2014 Very nice place, great location for skiing in Vail starting from Cascade Village.Great experience ideal home for 6 to 10 people.
Going skiing A guest from Minneapolis, Minn recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in February, 2013 The location was great but for the price the beds upstairs were old and the place needed updated. If the price was lower then you would not expect the house to be updated. The kitchen was old and the bed rooms not very impressive except for one that was in the basement. I have paid the same price for houses with much better quality furniture, and nicer kitchens. Looks like house hasn't had any real changes to it for a long time, but the size and location were great.
Great place for a large group A guest from New York, NY recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in February, 2012 Eleven of us from all over the country spent 5 nights in Vail. The house was very comfortable, the management company was very responsive and the combination of location, space and amenities was great.
