Vacation Home Rental Description:
Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this house is located in the Glen Lyon neighborhood, also known as the Cascade area due to the proximity of the Cascade Hotel just a short walk away from the house. Next to the hotel is the lift that services the area. The more adventurous among you may find a way to ski back to the house when snow abounds! The Aria spa and fitness center is opposite the hotel offering a variety of entertainment. The Atwater restaurant in the Hotel is well renowned for a great dinner.The house itself was built in 1980 and is in great condition only having been used as a 2nd home and never fully lived in. It has a wonderful chalet style feel to it with lots of room for large groups to spread out. The house has a great pool table downstairs for apres fun entertaining kids and adults alike.

Going skiing A guest from Minneapolis, Minn recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in February, 2013 The location was great but for the price the beds upstairs were old and the place needed updated. If the price was lower then you would not expect the house to be updated. The kitchen was old and the bed rooms not very impressive except for one that was in the basement. I have paid the same price for houses with much better quality furniture, and nicer kitchens. Looks like house hasn't had any real changes to it for a long time, but the size and location were great. |

The house was very comfortable, the management company was very responsive and the combination of location, space and amenities was great. |
