Vacation Villa Rental Description:
Crystal Sands Villa is a HUGE, 2100 square feet per floor! The Beach Level Suite and the Penthouse Suite can be rented separately or together. Each Crystal Sands Villa Suite has 2BR/2baths: two master suites with king beds and ensuite baths on each floor, 4BR/4bath total. (One king is convertible to two twins in each unit.) Each of the four master suites has a direct view of the beach! The rooms are large, open and airy. Vacation comfort is a given, with the villa’s large living area with extra sofa bed and well planned baths, with large vanities, large walk in showers, fabulous storage! The balcony is magnificently 50 foot long and it is covered! WE have a wonderful fresh water Swimming Pool, too!
Expect a fully equipped kitchen, linens, cable TV, CD/DVD, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, beautiful furnishings!
Although tropical breezes keep the villa pleasant, air conditioning is available at extra charge for those who must have it!

Cancellation Policy:
For a cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a 20% of the total reservation amount cancellation fee to account for administrative charges.
There are no refunds for cancellations within 90 days of arrival.
There are no refunds for cancellations for the Christmas/New Years reservation.
We do recommend trip cancellation insurance if you have concerns about your schedule.

Rates are stated for our Beach Level Suite. Our Penthouse Suite is $200 more.
Rates are based on an occupancy of 4 per suite. For extra people, there is a $125/extra person/week utility surcharge.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of funds and our completed reservation form.
