5 bedroom + loft Townhome 3 bathrooms, sauna and private hot tub. Silver rated, sleeps 13, great value for your money. Summer pool in the complex and opposite Bighorn Park. The house sets a few feet back from the Gore Creek and is 5.5 miles from Vail.
Managed by Gore Creek Properties, if you are looking for a huge townhome with a private hot tub that can accommodate a very large group or 2 families then this one is perfect! This 5 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom silver rated condo in East Vail can sleep up to 13 people and has gorgeous views of the Gore Creek and the mountains from the deck and the hot tub. It has a large lounge with a fireplace and a full kitchen with a 10 seat dining table. Just across the Gore Creek bridge from the condo is Bighorn Park with many activities to keep the kids happy and occupied. The free shuttle stop is also just on the other side of the park. Very definitely the best value for money.This property does not allow pets and is NON SMOKING.

Good Value for the Price A guest from Kansas City, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2012 We've used Gore Creek Properties for years and LOVE working with them and we've had some great places. We chose this one to save some money this year and for the price it was a good deal. The good points are - 10 beds, small but good hot tub, lots of seating in dining and living area, covered parking, washer/dryer. The "just okay" points are - sauna didn't seem to work, master bath jacuzzi/tub wouldn't drain, loft (3 beds) is really exposed to noise and no privacy, wifi was hard to figure out, beds and pillows are not very good, older kitchen. Don't get me wrong, everything was "okay" for the price we paid and if you just need a place to sleep, shower and eat while you are skiing or whatever, it's okay. If you are looking for a really nice place for your stay, I would try one of their nicer properties as they sure have some nicer ones that we've stayed in before. Gore Creek Properties sure makes the whole process easy. We don't even look anywhere else for our annual trip anymore. We just book through them each time. |

For economics this is great but for location not so much Jeff M. from Highlands Ranch, Colorado does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2011 The summer buses ran over an hour apart so we had to drive into Valley each time & the speed bumps to leave the place were ridiculous. |
