It has a private hot tub with outstanding views of the East Vail Mountains and chutes! The home sits right beside the Gore Creek providing fly fishing from your deck! The home has a wood burning fireplace in the lounge, a full recently remodeled kitchen and dining area and can sleep up to 10 people. Wood will be provided in the winter. The complex is on the free shuttle route into Vail village and the bus stop is about a 200 yard walk. There is a single car garage and more extra parking in the complex car park. Come relax and spend your vacation in this great rental! This property does not allow pets and is NON SMOKING.

Duplex K1 East Vail Chris S. from Highlands Ranch, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 The unit was comfortable but needs major updating. The coffee pot does not have an automatic shut off which is a fire hazard. The hot tub did not work. There were not hairdryers in every bathroom. Extra towels could be offered. This was an overall opinion from all of us. |

Small market nearby which we were able to pick up any essentials we missed at the Costco in Denver.Very happy with our stay!! |
