Stayed for 7 days in March, 2014 Arrival in Vail and no Problem to reach the Location. Snow and weather great. Condo clean and friendly; a Little poor (kitchen accesoirs)
This unit needs attention. A guest from St. Louis, MO does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 7 days in December, 2013 We've rented many many condos throughout Vail over the years mostly through VRBO and not a rental company. I thought renting through GCP would ensure a "cleaner" condo but not the case here. There were cobwebs, half-eaten crackers in the silverware drawer, very little supplies (i.e. automatic dishwashing detergent), low quality bedding, a broken lamp in the master, the bathrooms were super small and not very clean, and the doors would not close properly. Overall kitchen cleanliness was NOT up to par. This condo has great potential, the location is great, the hot tub is nice, and the entrance is ideal. However, this unit needs to be scrubbed throughly, (could someone please wipe down the doors and cabinets), painted, an inventory of the kitchen utensils and supplies need to be taken (there was not a sharp knife in the joint or enough silverware, etc., etc.,) Isn't this your job GCP? I would never recommend this unit to my friends.
August in Vail J E. from Fort Worth, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 31 days in August, 2013 Overall Vail is a great place to spend the hot Texas month of August. The weather is great with plenty of hiking trails, fantastic neighbors, plenty of activities for both humans and dogs. Only downside is the lack of multi-year, monthly rental discounts - seems to be missing as offered by other rental locations.
Pleasant accommodations Melissa A. from San Antonio, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in February, 2013 I liked that the property was away from the crowds of vail village, but could get to the villages rather quickly. The furniture, carpet and lighting was a little outdated and I wish there was somewhere (like a bench) to de-robe the snow gear. Other than that, it was a great deal for a great location with super nice management staff.
East Vail condo Christopher L. from Denver, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 The rental in East Vail was just what we needed. We had three people stay there, the king bed upstairs had more than enough room for two to sleep comfortably. The hot tub was a nice addition. The grill looked nice but didn't work, it may have been out of gas. Overall, a great price for a pretty spacious place in Vail.
Review A guest from East Northport, NY does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 This property was a two bedroom condo. The bedrooms were very small. The bathrooms were very small. The bedroom and bathrooms were dated and could have been cleaner. The mattresses were both very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The management company was great and put on new mattress pad covers and gave us more pillows. However, new mattresses were needed. Sorry to say but this was not the best property that we have stayed at in Vail.
August Get-a-way J E. from Fort Worth, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 31 days in August, 2012 It was great to get out of the heat in TX for August - cool temperatures - great view - nice neighbors & local friends. Hot tub was a plus.
love the hot tub Reviewed by: Laurie R. recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in February, 2012 a block from the east Vail bus which makes staying in East Vail easy. The hot tub was great and so wonderful after skiing. Unfortunately the fireplace wasn't working and while management was prompt to send handyman, Tim was great, he wasn't able to fix and we really wanted a fire.
