Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this very affordable 900 square foot townhome is located in a very quiet location in East Vail just 5 miles from Vail village. The townhome is silver rated and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a full kitchen and a wood burning fireplace with a large sunny living and dining space. You can relax in your own private hot tub on the deck outisde the home. The free Vail ski bus stop is just outside the complex, and the bus runs every 15 minutes during winter season. This is a perfect place to stay for your next vacation.This property does not allow any pets.

Pleasant accommodations Melissa A. from San Antonio, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2013 I liked that the property was away from the crowds of vail village, but could get to the villages rather quickly. The furniture, carpet and lighting was a little outdated and I wish there was somewhere (like a bench) to de-robe the snow gear. Other than that, it was a great deal for a great location with super nice management staff. |

We had three people stay there, the king bed upstairs had more than enough room for two to sleep comfortably. The hot tub was a nice addition. The grill looked nice but didn't work, it may have been out of gas. Overall, a great price for a pretty spacious place in Vail. |

Review A guest from East Northport, NY does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 This property was a two bedroom condo. The bedrooms were very small. The bathrooms were very small. The bedroom and bathrooms were dated and could have been cleaner. The mattresses were both very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The management company was great and put on new mattress pad covers and gave us more pillows. However, new mattresses were needed. Sorry to say but this was not the best property that we have stayed at in Vail. |

The hot tub was great and so wonderful after skiing. Unfortunately the fireplace wasn't working and while management was prompt to send handyman, Tim was great, he wasn't able to fix and we really wanted a fire. |
