Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this gold rated private home with 2800 square feet of living space is located in East Vail just 5 miles from Vail village. This pretty Alpine house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and will accommodate up to 10 people. It has a granite countertop kitchen, dining room area and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. There is also a private hot tub outside on the front deck. The free shuttle stop for the bus which runs every 15 minutes into Vail is a short 100 yard walk. This is a beautiful home and is situated near the Gore Creek.This property does not allow pets and is wheelchair accessible. Nopets are allowed and NO SMOKING

Stayed for 8 days in January, 2013 When we arrive the proprerty was not clean, some dirty cloth were left on the floor in different place. The dishes was well clean and pots and pan were oily.Some clothing were left in the drawer from other people.There were no indication about the garbage and the general fonctionning of the house, like the shut down of the water or what to do if someting happen.There was a bedroom in the hall while we aksked at the moment of reservation to have a closed room. We have to call someone via gore creek to solve this problemThere was not enough chair aroud the table for everybody while it was mention a house for 10 to 12 people and we were 9 and we didn't find the extension for the table. The kitchen is narrow. There was no wash cloth and no dish cloth. We had to call to have more toilet paper during the week. There was no dish washer soap, we had to buy some.We appreciate the comfort of the living room, the bed in the closed room, the proximity of the bus stopWe didn't use the jaccuzi. |

Very roomy living room. Could host ~15 people. It would be better to specify what you need to clean before check out without being penalized. |
