Vacation Condo Rental Description:
Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bathroom platinum rated condo in East Vail has access to the complex hot tub and summer pool. It is about 760 square feet and only 3.5 miles from Vail village. The condo has a full granite top kitchen, leather couches and a quaint woodburning stove in the living room. The bedroom has a queen bed and in the living room there is a very comfortable sleeper sofa without a metal frame. Wood for the woodburning stove will be provided by us. This property has internet wi-fi, free national/canadian phone service and a grocery/liquor store on site. The complex is on the free Town of Vail bus route. A lovely place for 2 or 4 people. This property does not allow any pets and is NON SMOKING.

march 26th thru march 31st A guest from Woodbury Heights, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 When we arrived, we thought the condo was very cute. The kitchen was updated and living room was comfortable and cozy. The home did need brighter lighting especially in the bathroom and bedroom. Girls really do need the bright lights for hair and make-up! The condo was a very short walking distance to the bus stop! That was so convienent. |

Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 The unit was very comfortable, my only recommendation would be that the bedroom be improved to the extent that it can be since it is so small. For instance, the pillows are junk, they should be replaced. The closet space is ample but not organized very well. A new pillow top mattress would be nice. I think it is a bit misleading to say that it sleeps 4 people because you really can't sleep two people on the pull-out couch comfortably. You can only get two showers at a time before the water goes cold as well, not an easy fix I know but wanted to point it out. Other than that, the place was perfect. |

No Pets Allowed Christopher F. from Encinitas, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2013 Location was great. Right near the bus stop. Management was very accommodating. Place was very nice and we had great snow. My only complaint is that we rented this place due to it being listed as no pets because I have bad allergies. We arrived to find dog hair all over the carpet and a large dog bed in the closet. Management offered to move us immediately and sent house keeping over to clean up further and remove the dog bed. Just disappointed with the listing. Don't say no pets if you yourself as the owner have pets. |
