Review Tarn Landing A12
Patricia/James H. from Parker, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2016 The condo was in a great location. It was clean and comfortable. However, we had no heat because the broiler was down the whole 3 days and had to listen to the sound of 6 floor heaters the whole time. We paid too much money to have such a horrible experience.
Property Manager Response: Response from Wildernest Vacation Rentals Patricia and James, we truly apologize for this issue. The boiler for the building has been replaced and one of our representatives has reached out to contact you directly. We hope our offer will remedy some of your experience and you will think of us in the future. Thank you for your patience.
Cary C. from Denton, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 46 days in July, 2016 Great condo, well appointed and comfortable beds, a plus! Love the location as it is very close to the ConocoPhillips station and other retail locations as well as an easy walk on the bike path around lake Dillon towards the marina. Only issue is the street noise, which can be loud, but that will only be an issue in the summer months when the windows and sliding door is open. Other than that one issue we like this condo and it's location very much.
A guest from Wahroonga, XX recommends this property. Stayed for 11 days in March, 2016 Frisco is a great place to stay! It was not very far from Keystone, Breck & Copper. We even went to Vail & Ski Cooper. The apartment location was very convenient & had enough space for my family and all our luggage.
Todd K. from Sibley, IA recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in February, 2016 Everything was great condo was clean and taken care of.We enjoy the place due to the large amount of room and it is within walking distance of all amenities
A guest from Colorado Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2016 We loved this condo! Spacious, comfy, big bathrooms (3!), comfortable beds, very convenient to all the skiing in the area, right across the street from the Safeway, well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The loft upstairs was a huge hit with my teenage daughter and her friend. Check in and check out was all done after hours/before hours and was easy to do and the folks at Wildernet were accommodating given our travel plans. The only piece to know ahead of time is that there are no cooking oils, spices, seasonings or anything in the condo, so make sure you pick them up at the store before you start cooking. A small inconvenience for a great condo though.
Property Manager Response: Response from Wildernest Vacation Rentals David, Thank you for taking time to review your stay with us, we value your input!
Jerry W. from Colorado Springs, Colorado recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2015 Completely satisfied! The Townhouse was clean, modern and located close to all the local activities. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks Wildernest, we'll be back!!! (Highly recommend)
Reviewed by: Bridget M. recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2015 We had an all girls ski trip. The place comfortably fit myself and 6 friends. We cooked big meals each night. Clean cute condo. Couple blocks from the copper bus. Very friendly and quick responses from the owners. Games in the condo. Minor notes: there was no cooking spices condiments oils so bring everything you need.
A guest from Larkspur, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2014 The condo was comfortable, clean, and pleasant to stay in. We loved the radiant heated floors - it made it so cozy. I would recommend this condo.
Karl F. from Kirkland, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2014 Stayed at Tarn Landing with 5 other twenty somethings for a spring break ski trip. Property was centrally located in Summit County and typically only 10-20 minutes from Copper, Breck & Keystone. Hot tub was great, but somewhat annoyed that it was only open from 10am-10pm. We cooked every night, so a spice rack would of been a nice addition!
A guest from Evergreen, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2014 This was a nice roomy place and very convenient. Hot tub area was nice. Overall a good spot. Be prepared to supply everything yourself... there was not even dishwasher soap or an extra trash bag in the kitchen.
Liping Z. from Golden, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in November, 2012 Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay. Walmart, ski rental shop are so close to the house. It is quiet too. But honestly, the kitchen tools are kind of low quality and also the dish clean liquid. It will be better if there is a muffin pan.
A guest from Commerce City, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2012 We came up for the Warrior Dash and rented the condo for our group of friends for the weekend. We had procrastinated and waited till the last minute to book our stay - and was so excited to find such a nice place at such a great rate! It was cheaper than a Motel 6 and definitely nicer and cozier! The place was beautiful and clean and the location was perfect. The only complaint I had was that I thought the unit I had reserved had 3 bedrooms. This unit had only 1 "bedroom" and the other beds were out in the open (in the living room and the loft). Because we had a group of couples it was a little awkward all sleeping together....but we're good enough friends that it wasn't that bad.
A guest from Marstons Mills, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 Had a wonderful time in Frisco. The condo was roomy, well stocked, and clean. Loved the heated tile. Despite being the middle of August, we used the fireplace as it was a rainy day and we were cold from our ATV experience. Warmed us and the place up very nicely! The only thing that I didn't like is that I had to wear ear plugs at night because of the proximity to I70. Other than that it was great.
A guest from Columbus, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 Stayed many times at Tarn Landing - very nice condos and convenient location 10-25 min to 5 ski resorts. One common problem - no teapot. Bring yours or ask for. Otherwise wonderful place, will come again.
Randy W. from Cullman, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2012 Directions to Wildernest itself were poor, as well as to property. Buried up instruction to come back next day in middle of paragraph. Did not see that until morning of checkout. Wi-Fi network code had letters/ numbers transposed. You need to work on your instruction sheet to make it more user friendly.Written instuctions to condo had us going in back side, turning on "Dam Road" which was really "Dillon Dam Road". I am not a local. I did not know they were one in the same. Going in back side, did not see Tarn Landing sign until I happened to look back and see it. Traced map, which I did not find on the back until later, took us in a different way than the written instructions. Map instructions were better, but I did not find them at first because they were on the back of the written instructions. Other than poor instructions and directions, everything else was great!
Property Manager Response: Response from Wildernest Vacation Rentals On behalf of Wildernest Vacation Rentals, we would like to thank you ofr informing us that the directions to this unit are not satisfactory. Our staff is looking into it now and making improvments. Regards, Management
A guest from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2012 Great stay at Tarn landing. Love the location. Ideal for accessing the 5 big mountains. Would recommend to friends/family and definitely plan on staying again.
Reviewed by: Matthew R. recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in January, 2012 This condo was a great place to stay for a month! The location was perfectly nestled in Summit County, and Frisco is a neat little town. The radiant heating was amazing! At one point there were 9 of us staying there, and everyone felt comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the internet (that was provided) was terrible, and the TV's should have been replaced 10 years ago. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if they update the entertainment!
Dennise Z. from Boelus, NB recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2011 This was a very nice Condo, and Wildernest is a very professional Property Management Co. We were able to get ahold of Wilderness on Sat. Dec 30. with a problem with the Television, they brought a new one over. We will be a customer for life.
A guest from Albuquerque, NM recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2011 This place is very warm and inviting. The pictures do not do it justice. We had a relaxing time. There was plenty of room for all of us
Monika G. from Mentor, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2011 Everything was great about this place except for a cranky downstairs neighbor and we couldn't adjust the temperature in the unit (very warm). Great location with awesome views. Very well stocked kitchen. Thank you.
