Condo was spacious, but outdated. No internet, old TV, fireplace did not work. It worked, but would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Maintenance issues were addressed promptly. Location great. Near transportation center and downtown Frisco.Unit now has new boiler and Jacuzzi pump.

The only downfall of the rental experience was the stairs up to the condo on the second level. They were very steep and narrow. This definately would not have worked for an elderly couple.

Rental unit on the third floor, which was too many steps. Also, it would have been good to have internet access in unit. (Wildernest was kind to supply mobile hot spot for the past two weeks - thanks).

The place was clean, the view was beautiful, it was large and had everything we needed, almost. No internet was a bummer and the hot water heater wasn't working but the maintenance guy came out in a flash and it worked the rest of the time without any problems. He was very nice and professional. Thanks, we will be back!!

Beautiful setting - lagoon, white peaked mountains, very clean, comfortable and well decorated condo. No heat or hot water Fri night or Sun am. Not the way we wanted to spend our anniversary huddled in blankets with every piece of clothing we had with us on. Couldn't use the jacuzzi which is why we chose this property. Used the clubhouse hot tub, which was hot, but poor jets. Lots to do in Frisco, had great hikes and meals. The weekend would have been great with heat and hot water. The maintenance man came quickly (after your phones at your 24/7 line was out on Fri and didn't respond until Sat am.) The heater went off TWICE. The 1st time we could laugh about. The 2nd time really spoiled our time. What can you offer as a concession for this disappointment?

OUR STAY AT LAGOON CONDOS

the condo was nice, it was spacious and it also had a jaccuzi. It would have been good if it had a TV in the bedroom. The one thing we DID NOT like were the stairs. There were about 25 of them. We are senior citizens and we really were completely out of breath each time we went up and down those stairs. For that reason we will not be staying in Lagoon condos again. We will try to get into Highland Greens where we have stayed the last few times we "ve been to Breckenridge.

Unit was very nice with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Carpet was dated but clean and functional. Had a problem with heating system for several days, which could have happened anywhere, but property managers worked diligently to get it resolved and paid for a hotel room one night. I will return.

where you check in and where you stay is miles apart, if you are not familiar with the area you can spend a while looking for your unit, also they charge your credit card $100 for club key, then they refund you when you leave. they were quick to charge but I'm still waiting for my refund which they say was done 2 days ago, I don't know why they couldn't just hold onto your credit card number instead of chargine then refunding. it's very annoying practice.
