Very Nice Condo... Checkin and Checkout is very inconvenient.
Greg M. from Austin, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2016 The Condo is very nice, clean and well located a block off Main Street in Frisco. The downside is they don't use a lock box at the unit and the rental agent does not have an office in town. So to pick up and drop off your keys you have to go down the hill to the rental office at the Wildernest development in Silverthorne where they have a lock-box. Very inconvenient particularly if you arrive late evening as their office closes at 5pm. I would definitely try to avoid using this rental agent if you are staying at a location other than Wildernest.
Gerri G. from Fort Worth, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 38 days in June, 2016 We had a very nice stay. Everything was Nice and clean. The coffe pot needs to be replaced, it does not keep the coffee hot, otherwise everything was super.Plan to stay here again.
Property Manager Response: Response from Wildernest Vacation Rentals Gerri, thank you for bringing the coffee pot to our attention. We will address this asap. Thank you for your review, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
Cute Townhome close to downtown Frisco and has all ammentities
Jessica N. from Los Angeles, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2016 Very cute and spacious property located only a 5 min walk to downtown Frisco and close to the I-70 ramp. This property has everything you need to prepare meals. Decor is a little dated but fixtures and paint/carpet are all new. The fireplace was a great feature - we built a fire each night and all tools are provided to keep the area clean. Laundry was convenient for having fresh towels after relaxing in the hot tub (apres-ski!). The only downside is the hot tub is not convenient to the property but accessible in a communal club house. Better than nothing though! Check-in after hours was convenient witha lock box and check-out was just as convenient (left keys on counter after calling the rental office). Overall, we enjoyed our time in this spacious town home!
Property Manager Response: Response from Wildernest Vacation Rentals Jessica, thank you for reviewing your stay with us, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
A guest from maple grove, Minnesota recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2015 Very nice place to stay after skiing all day. 3 seperate bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Very up to date decor. Close to ski hills.Cons:After hours call back not responsiveNo instructions for how to check out.No instructions for code for hot tubNo map with hot tub location(arrived after dark)
A guest from Cincinnati, Ohio recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2015 The Condo can comfortably accomodate 2 adult couples. The bunk bed size and support is made for kids. Otherwise we loved the units open design and the working fire place. The flow of the creek is the only sound. The location was ideal for skiiing Copper Mtn as we could take the free bus. The owners even provided coffee for one morning. I used the covered hob tub and it was only a short walk from 205B. Garage was also great to have.
Ron E. from Cottonwood Heights, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2014 Same as last year. Great place to stay; close to Frisco's main street, quiet, plenty of room. Loved the upgrades that were done to the unit, and the hot tub/exercise area working. Another fabulous time we enjoyed in Summit County Colorado this year! Most likely will return next year. Would highly recommend this unit and staying at any of the other neat places Wildernest Vacation Rentals offers. They are courteous and knowledgeable, and will work with you to make your stay memorable! Ron and family.
Theresa V. from Florence, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2014 Wildernest was very easy to book. They were extremely friendly & helpful with any questions that we had. The condo was immaculate! Easy to find, just a block from Main Street. Walking distance to all activities on Main Street. The creek behind the condo was extremely relaxing. Would recommend to everyone. Will book our next stay next year.
Allison O. from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2014 Overall, really wonderful location right off of main street and on the river. The furniture/decor is a little dated but didn't bother us! Really great place!
Paula G. from grove, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2013 Everyone told me that they felt very at home there. Condo is in an excellent location for all the activities I am not from grove, co. Correct to Colo Spgs, Co
Ron E. from CCottonwood Heights, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2013 Property is in a great location. Close to town, yet far enough away as to be very secluded and quiet. Stream in back of property also very nice. Can't wait to return next year, or sooner! Thanks again to Wildernest Vacation Rentals for making our stay even more enjoyable!
David T. from Overland Park, KS recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2013 Nice, clean, perfectly located rental. Walk to Main Street Frisco, minutes drive to Breck and Keystone. Awesome creek in back yard. Appliances a bit dated and limited cable TV (for kids)but otherwise perfect!
Alice C. from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 We went up for our last skiing weekend from Denver with two other couples. It was a great location and well kept condo right on the river.
Chris B. from Parker, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 Loved Riverglenn 205B - great location for us; everything was in order when we arrived and the home was comfortable for us. Would like to stay again.
A guest from Littleton, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2013 Found this condo after a little searching for a group of 6, for a guys weekend. While the unit may have an overall dated feel, the location was perfect, and ticked all the boxes of our needs. We were disappointed that the hot tub was in disrepair, however, we would stay here once again.
Property Manager Response: Response from Wildernest Vacation Rentals This condo has been newly painted, newly carpeted and bedding upgraded - we hope this helps with the overall comfort of the unit!
Marilyn D. from Covington, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in January, 2013 Condo was in a great location-in walking distance to town and bus stop.condo was very nice and well equipped but room with "bunk bed" is hard on older adults.
A guest from Arvada, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2012 8 of us stayed in two condos and loved our stay here. Being one block off Main St. was wonderful! All of us said we would come back.
David C. from Centennial, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 The unit was very clean and the location next to the creek was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again when possible.
A guest from Broomfield, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2012 The condo's location by the river was nice. As well it was walking distance from downtown and the 4th of July Parade. It was nicely furnished and appointed. The kitchen was like home. The configuration of the bedrooms was perfect and each had its own bathroom (the giant two headed shower in the upstairs bedroom was great). The 2nd floor location was nice (no noise from "upstairs"). The WiFi worked perfectly and the carpets were clean (others commented to the contrary in earlier reviews). The only minor changes would be adding a spatula (it was the only thing missing!) and room darkening window coverings in the bedrooms that allow one to sleep later in the morning. Of all the properties with Wildernest that we've enjoyed over the years, this one was the best value for the price.
A guest from Highlands Ranch, 80130 does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2011 The neighbors from below the unit came upstairs to tell us that the river and area in front of her unit was private property, is that right?! The carpeting was stained and not very welcoming, cat litter odor, decor and furniture very 80's. Tape recorder deck included! On the flip side- location was awesome, nice view and soothing sounds from the creek and unit was spacious...only wished they had a Sofa-bed.
A guest from Fort Collins, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in July, 2011 Overall a great place to stay! It is an older unit and the carpet needs to be replaced and walls need to be painted.... but you can't beat the price for a downtown location!
A guest from Fort Collins, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2011 Excellent location with great view of the river. Condo was a bit outdated and worn but very clean. The only problem we encountered was the internet connection which did not work the entire weekend.
Paul B. from Thornton, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2011 Pro- Nice place. nice view. Con- I could not get the internet to work. I am an IT pro so I know what I am doing. I bounce the Comcast modem, but it did not work. I was able to connect to modem but not to the internet
Adam E. from Englewood, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2011 All and all, a great experience due to the location of the property and the reason we were in town (Frisco BBQ Days). The following couple things were minor but inconveniences none the less. (1) wi-fi didn't work. We could connect to the wi-fi network, but no Internet Access. We didn't want to deal with the hassel of fixing so we didn't call to ask to have fixed.(2) one of the oven burners didn't work(3) signs in the apartment to self-clean when Wildernest didn't tell us anything about this. FYI - We split the difference as we were unsure what was expected of us and not wanting to make phone calls to an office that was closed on Sunday when we checked out.-adam eichenberger
