This unit has 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath and backs to the Ten Mile Creek . Cross Creek 308 offers a feeling of seclusion yet it is only two blocks from Frisco?s Main Street. The unit sleeps 8, has a single car garage and has a washer/dryer in the unit. In addition, guests have access to the clubhouse which includes a pool, hot tub, exercise room and sauna. Wifi is available throughout the unit and it is a pet friendly property. **PET POLICY: No pets are allowed other than in specific pet-friendly units. To bring your pet there is a fee of $20/day up to $200. This is non-refundable. If there is evidence of a pet in a unit but no pet fee has been paid the maximum charge of $200 will be charged. If a pet causes damage the renter will pay any costs associated with the repair as well as coordination fees needed to bring the unit back to original condition. If there is any additional housekeeping needed it is charged at $50/hour. Cleaning times vary by unit. It is conveniently located for catching the free shuttles for skiing, close to trails for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and just taking beautiful walks. We also loved the fact that we were able to build evening fires in the fantastic stone fireplace. And other convenience was the walk out garage. We experienced a lot of snow during our stay and the property management does a great job with the snow removal. This is our third time to stay at Cross Creek and will look forward to future visits.

Stayed for 4 days in December, 2015 The rental was very clean and has a wonderful location beside the running stream where you can hear the water rushing. That being said we will not stay here again for some reasons the owners could easily correct. The TV downstairs is relatively small and the cable box did not work. There is only one TV in the master upstairs which you can not enjoy because it is maybe an 18'screen (that may be a generous dimension). In addition, my 2 sons and I, all thought the beds were poor quality mattresses and box springs similar to a Microtel. I one person moved the bed shook like a bowl full of jelly. There was not an ounce of clothes detergent to be found so we could not wash our towels unless we purchased some. How expensive is it to place a small amount of detergent in a rental anyway? To owners of the condo - you have a very nice unit. If you would reinvest a small amount of income to upgrade the TVs, mattresses and box springs and get an outside grill on the porch (not the community one that no one wants to walk to, that is so away far to use when it is 10 degrees you will probably decide to pass, you would probably have this unit occupied at a much higher percentage than most of the other properties because it would be a really good unit. If you felt like really splurging - put up a garage door opener. I'm not being critical just honest and I think I am an average user. :-)

The ground floor deck is 25 feet from Blue Creek and with the orientation of the building and the trees, it feels as though you are alone in the woods. We just love the place. It was a cool day when we arrived and the downstairs temperature was 58 degrees. Even with a fire in the fireplace, it took two hours for the baseboard heating to raise the temperature 3 degrees. The carpet in the seating area is new since last year. The carpet upstairs is somewhat worn, but overall we are very happy with the unit. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck or rocks and listening to the creek. Really enjoy Frisco and walking down Main Street. The downtown district starts 3 blocks away. Had great Cajun food at the Cajun restaurant and everyone was very friendly. This unit and Frisco are our #1 mountain destination now.

Quiet, yet close to Main Street in Frisco. The creek running behind the condo is wonderful. The unit is starting to show its age - i.e. carpet is getting old, but overall still a great place.Only thing lacking for us was that the kitchen was not stocked even with the minimum of salt and pepper.

Condo is roomy and we loved being able to bring our dog with us. But property is very out-dated. The carpet is ripped and stained in places and things are falling apart. Dishwasher didn't clean well, microwave didn't heat up well, etc. Also, it sounded like elephants were bowling in the condo above us - could hear them all the way on the first floor. Also, the "private hot tub" is in the main bathroom - not quite what we were expecting.

Need to replace a number of lightbulbs and tighten hinges on the cabinets, but otherwise it's all good. It's not fancy, but it's functional! Love being next to the little river and being able to walk along Main St. Check out Prost, the braut restaurant--very yummy!

A guest from Omaha, NE does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We've been staying at Cross Creek on and off since 1987 and have usually enjoyed our stays. But this year was the exception. To be sure, we opted to stay in a pet friendly unit (the week before we checked in, our daughter decided not to bring her dog). Worse than the pet hair we had to contend with in #308 was the construction noise coming from a unit next to ours. Because of the noise (tile was being removed and replaced), we couldn't have our grandchildren (6, 4 and 2) take naps at our unit. (The unit-#210-that our daughter and her family stayed in was much nicer-leather furniture, flat screen TVs, new carpet, new kitchen, new tile etc.-but rents for the same rate.) Because #210 was better suited for her kids (no noise, closer to the pool and better sleeping arrangement for their 2-year old), we let our daughter and her family stay there. In addition, #308 had other issues: dirty carpet, the fan in main bathroom needs to be replaced, the dishes were chipped, the door under the kitchen sink wouldn't close and in general, the unit was substandard.We hope this year's experience was an anomaly.

The condo was perfectly located and handled our family of 6 adults and 2 children perfectly. The location was great. We used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed both. Parking was adequate as well. We really appreciated having laundry facilities in the condo. We will definitely recommend this unit to friends.

The Wildernest folks were awesome-I rarely have much to say about prop mgmt but you could tell they have a good system down. Beautiful setting with the creek behind this unit. I thought the pictures of the grill etc were the common areas--didn't realize we would have our own little yard! Great layout with kitchen/living room downstairs, bedrooms up. Very sunny dining room. My 8 & 10 year olds loved the pool & foosball in the "conference center". Gave them the perfect amount of independence. Loved the fireplace & being able to bring the dog. We couldn't believe our luck. Beds were comfortable. Could have used better humidifiers, but that's minor. We skied Copper and Vail and highway access was amazing for how quiet it was. Loved the little market on the corner and in the future will use the Summit Stage--so close! Also never appreciated the Frisco Main St--its great. We are looking into returning for Spring Break. So excited we found this place!
