Guests in Lookout Ridge 85 enjoy mountain views, a common are hot tub, WIFI throughout the unit and a gas fireplace to warm up next to after a long day of skiing. This unit is conveniently located near the grocery store, outlet shopping at Lake Dillon as well. There is also an attached one car garage, deck with a grill and this unit is pet friendly. **PET POLICY: No pets are allowed other than in specific pet-friendly units. To bring your pet there is a fee of $20/day up to $200. This is non-refundable. If there is evidence of a pet in a unit but no pet fee has been paid the maximum charge of $200 will be charged. If a pet causes damage the renter will pay any costs associated with the repair as well as coordination fees needed to bring the unit back to original condition. It is convenient to stores and I-70, therefore making it easy to get to the ski resorts. The cleaning staff did a very mediocre cleaning. Wildernest did send someone back to dust and vacuum again.

New carpet, it has obviously been replaced since the reviews complaining about it. Management company was very responsive to requests. Great place!
A guest from Firth, NE does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2013 We loved the location. We had a nice amount of space and condo was set up nice. Nice to have washer and dryer. Condo has not been well maintained. Water system kept shutting off, even during showers. Bunk bed was broken and not able to be used. Beds had no fitted sheets so were not comfortable. The place smelled foul and required us to purchase candles to burn to overcome the smell. Lights and ceiling fans were VERY dirty. Overall place was dusty and not well cleaned. Alarm on water system kept going off even during night and required being reset.

Stayed for 2 days in July, 2012 My initial impression was "nice place!" but once we were settled inwe found the main upstairs bathroom plugged up and unusable but we just used another downstairs because we really didnt want a repair person in there when we were gone for the day.Then we found what we assume was a pail of soapy, dirty water that must have spilled on the kitchen floor and then soaked into the livingroom carpet. We kept slipping on the slick floor in different places a number of times before finally realizing it. We just pulled the kitchen throw rug over to cover it while we were there. When you sat in the livingroom you could smell the stench in the wet carpet. The downstairs bed had a thick bedspread on it which covered the footboard so it couldn't be seen and when I went to go around the bed I discovered it when I slammed my leg into it! We arrived past check in so when checking in the next morning the gal behind the desk was on the phone and we patiently waited while people behind the glass continued about their business. Finally someone came out to help us but she appeared to have little idea of where to find things and how to help us. When the gal got off the phone she was very helpful and assisted us quite well. She was the one I made the reservation with and found her very helpful then. She made the experience worthwhile. I understand that by having a "deal" such as this people believe they shouldn't expect so much. I, however, would disagree. If they are just trying to fill up a room during the off season then I could see that happening. But if you're trying to solicit future business by marketing yourself with the discount then this is a poor way of doing so. We did enjoy ourselves and everything else about the place but with the many choices of lodging in the area I'd probably choose another over this one.

Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 85 Lookout Ridge is nestled among condos owned by full year residents who were very friendly and helpful as we moved in with 4 kids, 3 dogs, a handicapped grandma and stressed out mom. Appreciated that. The condo was super clean and stocked with towels and loved the roomy downstairs so I could send the kids to get a little peace for grandma upstairs. Only caveat- let guests know to bring their own laundry soap as I had to run down street to get some early in morning. So nice to have washer/dryer in unit. Thanks for the super accomodations!

There are plenty of bathrooms and lots of room in the place. Even with a 9 month old we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The parking was great for two cars.

The screen door & shades were broken, but one of us was a handyman and fixed them. the master bed was very nice, however the other bed in the other room was hard as a rock, small and sheets weren't fitted, thus uncomfortable for a couple. There was lots of room and a nice view and location.

However, a coffee filter was only providef for one day, which was disappointing. It is a convenient location but not secluded if that's what you're looking for. Staff was friendly.

The unit was large and could be nice. One of my grandsons had to sleep on the floor because the upper bunk was held up by tron straps and cardboard. the carpet was filthy. The gas log fireplace barely gives out a flame. Seven light bulbs were burnt out. Dirty dishes were put away. No cheese grater? Really? We are used to gold units and this was not one.Dr. Ted N. Okey
