Great stay but condo need some upkeep Jacqueline W. from Westminster, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in July, 2015 We liked that condo and all the bathrooms and were very happy there. Kitchen seemed to have everything we needed except hot pads. Windows and blinds were hard to operate and need some maintenance work or replacement. Wobbley furniture needs work or replacement. Overall we'd stay again and recommend it to others.
Colorado Vacation A guest from La Vista, NE recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in July, 2015 We had a very enjoyable stay at Blue River Run. The accommodations were in close proximity to all the activities we participated in.
Great Skiing Location A guest from Columbia, MO recommends this property.
Stayed for 42 days in January, 2015 The management company was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. The property is centrally located and comfortable. The kitchen has great cooking pans and utensils. We had a wonderful stay here for our skiing vacation.
Weekend away A guest from Elizabeth, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in January, 2015 Perfect amount of space for a family of four and our dog. Walking trails were great to have as well as a little back yard for our boys to play in the snow. The unit was clean and had plenty of supplies.
Town home rental A guest from Westminster, CO does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 3 days in January, 2015 Overall the property was clean (I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5) but the property was not in good repair. The heating system was not working on the 1st floor, there were no sheets available for the fold out couch, one set of curtains did not work properly, and the fold out couch sloped towards the floor making it uncomfortable to sit on. When we called the after hours number to report the problems with the heat and lack of sheets, the management company people responded very promptly! The people in the management company office had trouble locating the right unit keys as well as giving us the right directions to the unit. Also, the written directions had an error on the street name. The people in the management company were very pleasant, tried hard and corrected everything related to directions before we left the office after we pointed out the discrepancy between the directions we were given and the number on the keys (with the exception of the printed directions error).
Nice Nick G. from Racine, WI recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in December, 2014 It was very nice and clean. We did hope it would have been decorated for Christmas a little more and had a few more updates but overall a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 30 days in August, 2014 This was the 2nd time for us to stay in this unit. Carpets were extremely soiled. WiFI should be sped-up and TVs upgraded. Like a visit to the 1990's.
Fun with Family in the mountains A guest from Collierville, TN recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in July, 2013 We had a wonderful time. The only things that we would have loved to have changed were the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable and the dog poop on the man next door's deck. When we first got there he cleaned it off, but then it just started to accumulate again. How in the world he could enjoy his deck we will never know. We had to call about our fire alarm chirping in the middle of the night and the man was there within 20 minutes-what great service. A good time was had by all.
GREAT STAY! Angela H. from Loveland, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 This property was nicely located with a wonderful walking path just outside the front door. Everything was wonderful. The only things I noticed was that the ceiling fans and picture frame tops hadn't been cleaned in awhile...but I clean for a living so I naturally notice things like that. I found the master bed to be rather uncomfortable, and the dryer takes @ 2 hours to dry a load, but I consider these a minimal inconvenience. The office staff were very helpful and professional. We were able delay check out until noon with no trouble.Overall, it was a fabulous, and much needed getaway.
Basic but cheap for pet-friendly A guest from Boulder, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 It was a decent place to stay with some exceptions. We arrived to bar stools on the bar top/counter, dining room chairs scattered in the kitchen, and more chairs stacked on the beds in each room. The last tenants reservation printout was on the floor. A couple of long black hairs on the "clean" towels hanging in the bathroom. Not impressed with the low standards but it was one of the cheaper pet-friendly properties. Good location, good size for 4 people, and good amount of kitchen supplies (ie. pots, pans, plates, etc.). Service still needs a lot of work though.
Good value in Silverthorne. A guest from Lincoln, NE recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 I enjoyed the stay. Silverthorne is in the middle of everything, with great shopping, restaurants, and theater. A moose lay down outside the condo, there was trout in the stream, and a great view. The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, and it was a nice experience. The management staff went above the call of duty to let my dogs out when I got stuck in Vail pass.
Needs some updating, but a comfortable place to stay. Erica L. from Monument, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in September, 2012 The first two nights we were there the hot water heater did not work. The maintenance guy was great. He came out both nights and the 2nd night ended up having to call a service to fix it. He followed up to make sure everything was fine both days. The blinds were really annoying. They kept falling apart. Opened the kitchen blinds and 4 or 5 of the panels fell on the ground. Ended up having them laying on the counter all weekend b/c they would not stay up. Same with the other two slider doors. I also found a broken one under the couch when we moved it to block the stairs from our 1 year old. So, this has obviously been a problem for someone else if they hid it. The dryer does not work. I had to have the dryer on for over 3 hours to get my clothes dry enough. This was a comfortable place to stay. Thankfully the furniture could be used to block both sets of stairs because our gates would not have worked and the stairs are steep. We had a wonderful time. We love Summit County. I would stay here again as the issues were minor ") I had noticed someone else complained about the neighbors dog poop on the deck. I saw it, but I think he must have picked it up because there were only a couple pieces when I looked.
Too cheap to do repairs A guest from Diamond Head, MS does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 5 days in September, 2012 First off, it was good that the townhouse accepted dogs. After this things weren't so great. The vertical blinds in the windows had slats missing & falling out while we were there. The toilet seats were missing paint & generally gross looking. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The outside plastic chairs were filthy. The bed linen was stained & had holes. The best part was the deck on the neighboring townhouse which the neighbor's dogs used as a bathroom. The dog poops were always there & seldom picked up. Other than allowing dogs, the best thing about the property was the location. Great views & next to the bike path.
Late August in Silverthorne Sean R. from Napa, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in August, 2012 The property was great value for my small family during our trip to Silverthorne for a reunion. There is some updating that can be done but the beautiful surroundings more than made up for the outdated furnishings. Thanks
Really enjoyed our stay Tracy P. from Arvada, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 This was a wonderful getaway! I love having a kitchen to prepare some meals. The property was nice and clean. My one complaint was that we stayed 2 nights but were only given 1 coffee pack. We had to wash and reuse the filter. I would suggest having some basics stored on the property...coffee filters, a small can of coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, maybe some spray oil like Pam. Also, the WiFi instructions need to be revised.
Great Get-Away > Great Deal A guest from Denver, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 We were able to have a mini weekend vacation by way of a 'Living-Social' deal. For 2 nights and 3 days we were able to enjoy the scenery, relax, take a couple hikes, eat and walk the dog. It felt like home ~without the kids! Loved the layout of the place. Only complaint would be there was no central air. I could see how that would be a problem in the summer heat, especially when the sun started beaming through the windows. Fortunately, the second night was cooler, with a nice breeze flowing. Glad we got the deal or we would have never got to experience the trip.
The views and location Mariana D. from Denver, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in May, 2012 The views of the surrounding mountains were incredible, to wake up and see them was a pleasure. The location is perfect, very accessible, to Breckendridge, Frisco and Dillon, the lake is amazing...we'll be coming back soon!
120 creek Lane, Silverthorne Kathryn P. from Littleton, CO does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 2 days in May, 2012 beautiful location, clean property. Loved being right on the river/trail. Condo next door had deck covered with dog poop making it unbearable to be outside-STINKY. Kitchen needs new coffee maker and skillets. Better directions to condo; more detailed map including mileage from office
Clean, adequate property A guest from Boulder, CO does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 1 days in July, 2011 The property itself was very clean and well kept, if spartan with furniture. I actually noticed that the kitchen was well stocked with materials, but since we were only staying a night we didn't take as much advantage of this. The main reason for my lower review was the hot temperature in the bedrooms at night even with the ceiling fan (day temps 80+, night 40+). For that reason, I wouldn't stay again at this property during the summer.
