This property was nicely located with a wonderful walking path just outside the front door. Everything was wonderful. The only things I noticed was that the ceiling fans and picture frame tops hadn't been cleaned in awhile...but I clean for a living so I naturally notice things like that. I found the master bed to be rather uncomfortable, and the dryer takes @ 2 hours to dry a load, but I consider these a minimal inconvenience. The office staff were very helpful and professional. We were able delay check out until noon with no trouble.Overall, it was a fabulous, and much needed getaway.

Basic but cheap for pet-friendly

It was a decent place to stay with some exceptions. We arrived to bar stools on the bar top/counter, dining room chairs scattered in the kitchen, and more chairs stacked on the beds in each room. The last tenants reservation printout was on the floor. A couple of long black hairs on the "clean" towels hanging in the bathroom. Not impressed with the low standards but it was one of the cheaper pet-friendly properties. Good location, good size for 4 people, and good amount of kitchen supplies (ie. pots, pans, plates, etc.). Service still needs a lot of work though.

I enjoyed the stay. Silverthorne is in the middle of everything, with great shopping, restaurants, and theater. A moose lay down outside the condo, there was trout in the stream, and a great view. The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, and it was a nice experience. The management staff went above the call of duty to let my dogs out when I got stuck in Vail pass.

The first two nights we were there the hot water heater did not work. The maintenance guy was great. He came out both nights and the 2nd night ended up having to call a service to fix it. He followed up to make sure everything was fine both days. The blinds were really annoying. They kept falling apart. Opened the kitchen blinds and 4 or 5 of the panels fell on the ground. Ended up having them laying on the counter all weekend b/c they would not stay up. Same with the other two slider doors. I also found a broken one under the couch when we moved it to block the stairs from our 1 year old. So, this has obviously been a problem for someone else if they hid it. The dryer does not work. I had to have the dryer on for over 3 hours to get my clothes dry enough. This was a comfortable place to stay. Thankfully the furniture could be used to block both sets of stairs because our gates would not have worked and the stairs are steep. We had a wonderful time. We love Summit County. I would stay here again as the issues were minor ") I had noticed someone else complained about the neighbors dog poop on the deck. I saw it, but I think he must have picked it up because there were only a couple pieces when I looked.

First off, it was good that the townhouse accepted dogs. After this things weren't so great. The vertical blinds in the windows had slats missing & falling out while we were there. The toilet seats were missing paint & generally gross looking. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The outside plastic chairs were filthy. The bed linen was stained & had holes. The best part was the deck on the neighboring townhouse which the neighbor's dogs used as a bathroom. The dog poops were always there & seldom picked up. Other than allowing dogs, the best thing about the property was the location. Great views & next to the bike path.

This was a wonderful getaway! I love having a kitchen to prepare some meals. The property was nice and clean. My one complaint was that we stayed 2 nights but were only given 1 coffee pack. We had to wash and reuse the filter. I would suggest having some basics stored on the property...coffee filters, a small can of coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, maybe some spray oil like Pam. Also, the WiFi instructions need to be revised.

Great Get-Away > Great Deal

We were able to have a mini weekend vacation by way of a 'Living-Social' deal. For 2 nights and 3 days we were able to enjoy the scenery, relax, take a couple hikes, eat and walk the dog. It felt like home ~without the kids! Loved the layout of the place. Only complaint would be there was no central air. I could see how that would be a problem in the summer heat, especially when the sun started beaming through the windows. Fortunately, the second night was cooler, with a nice breeze flowing. Glad we got the deal or we would have never got to experience the trip.

The views of the surrounding mountains were incredible, to wake up and see them was a pleasure. The location is perfect, very accessible, to Breckendridge, Frisco and Dillon, the lake is amazing...we'll be coming back soon!

beautiful location, clean property. Loved being right on the river/trail. Condo next door had deck covered with dog poop making it unbearable to be outside-STINKY. Kitchen needs new coffee maker and skillets. Better directions to condo; more detailed map including mileage from office

The property itself was very clean and well kept, if spartan with furniture. I actually noticed that the kitchen was well stocked with materials, but since we were only staying a night we didn't take as much advantage of this. The main reason for my lower review was the hot temperature in the bedrooms at night even with the ceiling fan (day temps 80+, night 40+). For that reason, I wouldn't stay again at this property during the summer.
