Nice Rental at Treehouse A guest from Benton, NE recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 Overall the rental was very good. It met our needs well. The only problem we had was that there was a clanging noise in the loft that could be heard all through the night disrupting sleep. |

The unit is a little older, but well maintained and very comfortable. Our boys stayed in the loft and had a great time. They especially loved the toys and video games that came with the place. They didn't have any trouble with pipe noise as mentioned in another comment. The club house was the best. It had a warm pool to swim in and several hot tubs. There was also a game room with pool, ping pong, and arcade games. The unit provided ping pong paddles and balls. There was a nice wooden path to walk on to get to the club house. We didn't try the fireplace, but if it had been colder it would have been nice to have. This was a good place to stay to ski Summit County. |

If you are staying in the loft bedroom, you will not get a good night's sleep. The plumbing pipes in the ceiling rattle all night long. Plus, any noise from downstairs carries upstairs and is amplified. |

Disapointed A guest from Diller, NE does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 Building creaked 4 of the 5 night we stayed keeping most of our group awake. Condo was smaller than thought. Cupboard doors didn't shut, clock on wall didnt have a battery, several lights in loft area burnt out. We did get a good price going through Wildernest, it just wasn't as nice of a stay as others we've had. |
