Room With A View!
A guest from Grand Junction, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2016 Bunch of stairs so get in shape or bring youngins to carry your stuff! Great location, super views! Beds were not so great. Throw rugs over carpet is a bit dangerous. Everything worked okay. Bring your own spices and coffee. Nice layout if you have kiddos. Take the Dam Road to Dillon Reservoir for some good lake access.
Dena W. from Fruita, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2016 We stayed in Treehouse 304. The size worked for our family. However this unit needs some attention!! The sofa was so dirty, we didn't want to sit on it. We put sheets on it before sitting on it. All of the appliances need attention. The refrigerator leaks inside, the oven did not get to the correct temp (took 30 minutes to bake cookies) the vent piece on the top of the microwave fell off when the door was opened. The kitchen is also lacking in stove/oven utensils and there is no hot mat to be found. Several light bulbs were also burned out. We understood the lack of cooling systems in the area, however, you need to be able to keep the windows open. The bedroom windows will not stay open and the sliding door & screen are almost impossible to open and close. There was only 1 small box fan in the unit so circulation was an issue. We put trash can in the windows to keep them open (and the screens have holes in them.)We may try to stay again with the Wildnernest, but definitely not in this unit. I'm a professional property manager and would drop this property from our company if these items are not addressed. Note the smoke alarm is well past its life expectancy and needs to be replaced.Considering my profession I chose to rent through a company, however, renting from a private individual may be a better option next time.
Kelly C. from Spanish Fork, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2014 Overall the room was a great set up for our purposes. However, we arrived late to find dirty dishes in the cupboard and the rooms seemed like it could have been cleaner.
Sandy L. from Centennial, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2014 We love working with Wildernest Vacation Rentals, they are absolutely awesome.Unfortunately this unit had filthy carpet and unit was very smelly. The staff at Wildernest is aware and has been extremely accommodating. Wonderful group to rent from. We will use them again. They said they would inspect out units before check-in to make sure there are no future issues.
A guest from twin falls, IA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2014 the place needs to be updated. the carpet was dirty and stained. A deep cleaning is needed. (Under beds and the top of cabinets) The club house was terrific and the area was great
Waynes E. from Fort Lupton, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 200 days in October, 2013 We had several crews working in Frisco on a large project. Wildernest was a perfect fit for us. Staying in a home atmosphere versus a hotel makes working out of town more pleasant for our workers. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. At one point we had 5 units rented and they worked with our scheduling. Would recommend.
Joel M. from Austin, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2013 Everything worked out perfectly, especially for the price, Of course the property is old, it was there when I lived there in the late 70's. It could use some major work, not just maintenance but again, for the price it was a perfect "base of operations". Thanks it was great.
