A guest from Albuquerque, NM recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2016 Our stay here was incredible. The condo was emaculate and came filled with everything we could possibly need to throughly enjoy our stay. The beds were great and the common area was cozy. The kitchen was fully equiped with pots and pans and everything else needed to cook and serve food. The two rooms worked great and were in excellent condition. I really can't say enough great things about our stay.
Property Manager Response: Response from Wildernest Vacation Rentals Omar, thank you for taking time to review your stay with us at Buffalo Village 305BB. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your unit and Summit County! Thank you again!
A guest from Colorado Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2016 It was nice. The condo needs new blow dryers. In the common area, we tried to play pool, however, some of the balls were stuck in the pocket areas.
Cathy M. from Holly, MI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2016 The unit is dated and in need of updates. Mattresses were old and need replacing. Had issue with garbage disposal, when dish washer was draining It backed up the sink, we called maintenance and it was never repaired. My husband pulled it apart and removed the back up after 2 days of waiting. On a plus, bussing is wonderful. Getting around summit county is easy and on time. The staff was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Denver airport was closed due to blizzard and caused delays on arrival, the resort had specific instructions to get there great to have when driving is those conditions.
Mary Jo G. from Evergreen, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2015 The room was fine but dated. We slept in the guest room and had to remove the blanket and spread because the smell was horrific.
A guest from Keene, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2015 Have stayed in Buffalo Village Condos many times over the years. Especially like the elevators, and indoor pool/spa facilities.
Cindy O. from Boulder, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2015 The condo worked perfectly for 3 adults and 2 kids! Comfortable beds, full kitchen, nice size living room and dining table. Only thing I would have liked: salt, pepper and olive oil provided. We brought the rest of our food.
James A. from Colorado Springs, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2015 The unit is very comfortable, with a great home-like feeling. Only complaints are the age of the appliances (looks like a first gen microwave), and the bathrooms are in need of a reno. For the price, I might look for a different unit.
A guest from Greeley, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2014 The condominium is overall a great place to stay in a great, central location. The only drawback is that the master bed is awful. Our backs hurt for several days after our stay.
A guest from Englewood, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2014 The condo was very nice and clean. The facilities were in good condition as well. The only thing I would suggest is to have extra towels available for use at the pool, or at least a number posted to call, so more clean towels can be requested.
Paul R. from Windsor, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2014 We had a great time! We used wood fire place every evening and savor es the crackle and pop as we watched movies, played games, and read books. The hiking trails nearby proved to be another favorite of ours. We did go to the pool several times, it was always clean and in great working order. And we usually had it to ourselves. Overall we had a great experience!!
A guest from Shawnee, KS recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2014 The condo was nice and a good location. One complaint is that a dirty towel was left hanging on the master bedroom door--they need to be more thorough when cleaning the rooms. Also, they are laying new carpet in the hall, so when we opened the door to BB hallway it looked like a construction area. A sign to warn you would have been nice. Overall, it is a nice place and would recommend it for future stays.
Jason G. from Kearney, NE recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2014 We would definitely stay here again. Price was perfect for our family to take a quick summer getaway to a beautiful area of the mountains.
A guest from britghton, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2013 We had a good experience. It was a great price, good location, phone staff was friendly and helpful. While we understood that they are individually owned, and updating is dependent upon the owner, there were some items lacking in the kitchen. We needed additional bags for the trash can (when you bring up 8, there's a lot of trash for the weekend). Overall, a relaxing weekend for our family and friends.
Monica L. from Homestead, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in November, 2013 We traveled to Silverrthorne for a family wedding. We enjoyed the apartment very much especially the spacious living room and fireplace. The appliances are very old but do work well except the TV in the bedroom. We had family members that stayed in several other apartments in the same building and they had more amenities including DVD's and hair drier. But for the price you cannot bet the weekly rate.
A guest from Overland Park, KS recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in August, 2013 The location of the building and unit were great. Up high on Buffalo Mtn. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of four- 2 kids and 2 adults. Clean, but aging appliances and bathrooms. The bed in the room with one bed seemed very small.
A guest from Kersey, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2013 Management needs to know of painting/construction of all avail. property so people can have a better stay. Had to switch location on arrival due to this. Screens on doors were broke. Beds were horrible. Had better results in Breckinridge.
A guest from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2013 Beautiful pool, hot tub area. Pleasant condo. Had elevator and no steps from parking area, which was needed because of one person's temporary need for a cane.
A guest from Arvada, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 comfortable accommodations. We liked how the kitchen had everything needed to make breakfast/dinners. Loved the amount of room the couches provided & comfy.
Patrick S. from Waukesha, WI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2012 The condo was great. No problems. The appliances in this unit are really old. But they work...and that was the important part. Everything worked...but this condo is rather old feeling. Could use some updating. All in all the stay was great and served my groups needs well. The hot tub was fantastic after a day of skiing...and the pool was extremely warm...which we loved!! Only complaint is that the sauna didn't work while we were there. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks...and I'm sure we will see you next year!
Kiki B. from Parker, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2012 A great 2bed/2bath in Wildernest. Views of Buffalo Mountain. Clubhouse pool and hot tub accessible through inside hallways - no going out in the cold! Bedroom areas are on opposite ends of the unit for added quiet. Would recommend for a family with kids or for two couples to share.
Laura S. from Moorpark, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2011 The fact that we had to move to get wireless connectivity from 308 to 305BB/BV was frustrating. Also, the lack of instructions for guests left us having to call and find someone during bus. hrs. to help us, making the situation take longer than it need have. There needs to be better communication between office and condo owners in this area. In BV305BB the fireplace would not work (flue would not open) and the appliances were very, very old. VHS not DVD player in bedroom, ancient microwave, clock radios, etc. Hooks by door were too small for coats. Otherwise, it was fine and comfortable.
Judy B. from Arvada, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2011 Would have preferred a nicer view. Had a pleasant experience with the reservation desk. Kate was VERY helpful and courteous. Was very happy to be able to have booked a condo the same day. Toilet did not flush well and TV in living room did not work. Would reserve with Wildernest again, but not stay in that condo.
