Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2015 My husband and I rented this condo for 3 nights with our adult children and 2 young children. We had plenty of room to hang out and relax by the wood-burning fireplace. We loved that the nice and warm indoor pool and hot tub were right in our building! The guys enjoyed the pool table and the ladies liked being close to the outlet stores! The one sofa sleeper was broken and the other one was torn and extremely uncomfortable...had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the mattress, which is hard if you are a 6'4" guy! The wall decorations are very outdated, and my daughters would love to redecorate the place! Loved the beautiful view!

The only problem was the office was closed when we arrived and the unique code we were given did not work to the outside drop box. Luckily someone was leaving and helped us out. The unit was very nice with plenty of room and plenty dishes, pots and pans and silverware. Thank you.

Stayed for 2 days in August, 2014 Original rental was at Dillon Bay however due to broken water heater we had to relocate to a different property. I realize availability of a like property was not available however I don't understand why my family is not being compensated for the overall inconvenience of a move and the changes we had to make due to the condo location, lack of garage and outdoor space. I was told I would receive a credit however haven't seen a dime.

The property itself was more than we expected, very nice, very clean, and the kitchen was stocked almost like we were at home. Adults and kids all loved the nice warm pool and the hot tub!We weren't sure what to do with the room key on check-out, since the office is closed on Sundays, but guessed it could just go in the mail slot for the office.That's not much of a complaint. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and the stay made us want to come back again.

The lounge was great too,with a pool table!Only thing I could mention is the bathroom ventilation fans really should be replaced!. They really did not work well! With 8 people in 1 condo,you need some good fans in the bathrooms :) Was a great place to stay,would highly recommend it!
A guest from Highlands Ranch, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 While the property was clean and seemed to be well taken care of there were some unpleasant issues. The mattresses and pillows in both bedrooms were like sleeping on concrete. Our stay occurred during the summer and there was only a small box fan to cool the condo at night. It was very warm and difficult to sleep.
