Dana G. from Fort Collins, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2016 Excellent! Our check in was fast and smooth, we had a very spacious lay out with comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Property Manager Response: Response from Wildernest Vacation Rentals Dana, Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
A guest from Colorado Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2015 Property management was awesome! We left our phone charger in the condo when we packed up. Once we were home, we called Wildernest about it. They found the charger and mailed it to our home! Great customer service!
A guest from Omaha, NE recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2015 Had a great time relaxing and spending time with kids and grand kids. Living room a little tight but dining for 8 plus counter space is great. Had everything needed for cooking and eating in condo. Great set-up with three bathrooms. Have stayed at Wildernest before and highly recommend to others.
A guest from Mannford, OK recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2014 We have been coming to ski Summit County for years and will only stay at Wildernest properties. Busy schedules only allow for 3 days ski and 2 travel--Winter skiing is always a guess--this year first 2 days of major winter storm, we skied but left condo later and came in earlier. TR 429 was great-very spacious for our group of 6. Gas fireplace was great since we got about a foot of snow a day and didn't have to wrestle logs. The last day was beautiful--sun shined, wind layed, slopes groomed--perfect. The view from condo was great--when we finally saw it. Ski trip 2014 was a great time--Thanks
Curt K. from Silverthorne, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2014 CONDO WAS JUST FINE, WHAT WE WOULD EXPECT, WE BROUGHT CLOTHES AND FOOD AND WERE ABLE TO LIVE COMFORTABLE FOR THE WEEK. WELL FURNISHED CONDO, AND EVERYTHING WORKED FINE. ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO SUPPLY MORE TOILET PAPER AND GARBAGE BAGS, ETC. IT IS ANNOYING TO RUN OUT OF ITEMS EVERYONE KNOWS YOU WILL NEED.
Patrick G. from Loveland, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2014 My family, which is 6 young adults, my husband, and myself, stayed at Wildernest for the weekend of the 4th of July. We had such a wonderful stay! Our condo was clean and ready for us, decorated and set up in just a way that made us feel at home. We will return for a future family vacation without a doubt! We greatly enjoyed the club house also! One of our favorite vacations we have yet to experience! Thank you so much for being a large part of that!
A guest from Riverdale, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2014 We have been timeshare owners of another Timber Ridge unit since the 1980's. We rented a second unit this time to accommodate our daughter, her husband and their five children. The unit was very nice and we had a wonderful time, so I hate to mention anything negative, but feel I must address two things: The mattresses on the top bunks in the loft were too thick, which made them higher than the guard rails -- we could not put children up there, so had to improvise a bed on the floor (this is really a safety issue when renting to people with children); and several of the children got rashes from the over-chlorination of the water in the hot tubs and pool. (This has happened to us occasionally in past years -- wish it could be corrected.)Other than these two issues, a great vacation!
Steve S. from Grand Rapids, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2014 Unit very clean and plenty of towels. The club house was great. More than we expected. two whirlpools, pool, racket ball, sauna. plus more
A guest from Fort Collins, 0 recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2013 We enjoyed our stay at Timber Ridge 429. View was awesome. The location was great too. The only negatives were the refrigerator leaked and ruined a lot of our food. I read in other posts about the fridge but assumed that would have been fixed by now, but it wasn't and it was unfortunate. We checked in on a Sunday and the rental company gave us a key...turns out it was just the key to the ski locker and not the unit. After calling, waiting, calling again for 2 hours...we contacted the on-site manager who finally let us in. The rental companies 'after-hours' number was worthless. Other than these less-than-ideal issues, we enjoyed our family time and skiing!
Michele H. from Boerne, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2013 Property was great. The kitchen was well stocked and it had plenty of room for all of us. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was the only problem in the condo. In the clubhouse, one of the hot tubs and the dry sauna were not working.
A guest from Colorado Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2013 Great condo, a couple things could be fixed though. One of the burners on the stove didn't work and the freezer leaks water down into the fridge, gets your food in the fridge all wet! Also, we had a very hard time getting the gas fireplace to turn on, the knob was broken and the pilot light was out. Just small things, but they do matter when you are staying somewhere for a weekend or longer! The kids loved the loft and everything else was great!
Monique N. from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2013 I had all ten of my friends at this location for a weekend. We celebrated a couple of birthdays and the location was great. We were close to Lake Dillon and spent most of our time there. The view was spectacular we loved being to see the mountains when we wake up. The rental was very clean and well stocked. We had all the instruments to make great dinners every night. I do have to say everything was a little outdated. The freezer leaked a little so the things stored in the fridge would have water all over it. The pillows in each room were very flat and will need new ones soon. The living space was also a little small but we did not hang out much in the rental. Overall, we had a great time and for a two night stay this rental was fine. If we stayed any longer we might want a bigger space.
Kimberly J. from Westminster, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2013 We had a wonderful time! We are from SW Florida and absolutely loved our time in the Silverthorne area! Morning hikes, evening swimming, mid-day shopping are just some of the activities our family took part in! We took the kids on a day trip to Breckenridge for some summer fun! (next time we need to remember the sunscreen!) Frisco was also a great time. We enjoyed breakfast and browsing the shops. In Dillon we had a great dinner at the Dam Brewery.
Cynthia S. from Arvada, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 The condo was very clean, cumfy and had lots of sleeping space with comfortable beds! Microwave was very outdated-I wasn't sure how to operate it! Toaster browned on one side only and couldn't get fireplace to work but didn't try too hard either. The clubhouse was very nice with 2 great hot tubs for worn out legs, a pool and pool table, ping pong too! I'd love to return for a stay during the summer as the patio area outside the clubhouse looked like it would be very inviting on a warm summer afternoon! Best of all were the views from both decks! Being 3 stories up was breath taking-climbing the stairs, and breath taking in what the views were like! I could tell the home was full of fond memories for the family who owns it...thank you for sharing, it was a great place! Management company was very attentive and organized-could use a few more coffee filters and coffee packs =).
A guest from Evans, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 This is a great place to stay and enjoy a good time with family or a group of friends. Close to stores and yet it feels like staying in the middle of the mountains
Megan D. from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2012 The place was great, everything was clean and perfect for our group of 10. It is quite a hike to walk up all the stairs to get to the condo, so I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone with young children or people who would have trouble walking up lots of stairs.
TERESA B. from DENVER, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in November, 2012 We love this unit, we have stayed here several times, but it is time to update. The TV upstairs does not work and has not worked for several years. The heat in the bedrooms was not working properly this stay. The TV in the living room is small and hard to watch football on. The microwave is from the early 70's and is hard to figure out. As I said we love the location and configuration of this unit but it is time to update.
Rob G. from Colorado Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2012 The condos were exactly as advertised and our stay was perfect for shopping and hiking. I highly recommend Wildernest Properties.
Lynette K. from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 We have two complaints. The toilet in the main bathroom ran continuously. The club house was closed most of the day on Saturday due to an HOA meeting.
A guest from Conifer, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2012 We arrived late at night from TX and were delighted to find our unit was ready and waiting for us. The sleeping accomodations were perfect for a family with 4 boys - from teens to middle school age. We were part of a family reunion and enjoyed the proximity to family while having our own condo. In past years we have rented large homes for reunions, but from now on we will return to Timber Ridge - it is an ideal location for recreation, shopping and just enjoying the scenery.
Cynthia S. from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2011 The condo unit was good and well maintained. However, the building's boiler system blew - so we had cold showers for 2 days straight. Also, the parking lot was resurfaced and alarm system was tested. Three strikes - and the management company would not provide any apology or discount. However, the views from this condo were terrific. So - mixed review, but still love the timberridge condos.
A guest from Littleton, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 1 days in September, 2011 Stayed one night at this location. Unit was very dusty inside, webs on the ceilings with multiple spiders seen. My kids slept in the bunkbeds up top..and woke up to dozens of small bed bug/spider bites all over their bodies. Would not stay in this unit again.
