Not Recommended A guest from Bellvue, CO does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 2 days in March, 2016 This property was dirty, run down and it smelled horrible. There was no mattress pad or comforter on the upstairs bed and the headboard just laid against the wall. I do NOT recommend this rental. They charged $660 for two nights which was totally outrageous. For the record, I have never left a bad review but you deserve to know what you are getting into here.
Ski Trip A guest from Moneta, VA does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 7 days in March, 2016 Not enough privacy with 2nd bedroom being a loft. I probably would recommend some other unit to friends. Just not that unit. Very sparsely furnished. We don't expect much but not even salt or pepper in unit.Carpet in kitchen and bathrooms! Very dirty.
no heat Reviewed by: A guest does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 3 days in December, 2015 upon checking in, we noted there was no heat. after 90 minutes, we called, and eventually we received three space heaters, one of them did not work. for three days we would call, and be told that someone would call us back. no one ever called.
Not a bad place for ski season Amanda H. from Boulder, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 90 days in January, 2014 My husband and I and another couple rented this one bedroom + loft condo for three months during ski season. It is affordable and is within 15-45 minutes of all the Vail Resorts which was convenient! The furniture, appliances and dishes are a bit dated but worked just fine. The condo was very clean when we arrived and any problems we had were quickly addressed by the property management company. We liked that we could drop off sheets and towels at the property management office and pick up new ones once a week so we did not have to do laundry. The bedroom window and sliding door to the balcony need some weather stripping because there is a pretty big gap between the window/door and the frame and when the wind blows you can see the drapes blowing even when the door was closed. The bedroom was a little colder than the rest of the condo because of this, but the property management company provided a space heater to keep the bedroom warm. Even though there was a draft, the main part of the condo was still warm so it was not a big deal. We have never stayed in a place with a loft before and now that we have, we prefer bedrooms. You can hear everything when in the loft and go to bed when the last person goes to bed and wake up when the first person wakes up. It was also very dry in the condo, so we had a few humidifiers going 24 hours a day. Overall it was a pretty good place to stay for the price.
