It can sleep a maximum of 4 people. This is a single level villa.The living, dining and kitchen areas feature saltillo tile throughout. The living room is bright and sunny with large windows and has a matching leather sofa (not a sleeper) and club chair, a gas-burning kiva fireplace and a TV with DVD and satellite. Adjacent to the living room is an office alcove with a desk and french doors leading to a deck with a hot tub and views of the golf course. (There is an additional fee of $250 for use of the hot tub). The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including dishwasher and microwave and features granite counter tops. The adjacent dining area has french doors leading to deck with golf course views. The dining table can seat 6 with additional seating for 2 on stools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV with satellite and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double-size bed. There is a second 3/4 bathroom (shower, no tub) located off the hallway convenient to the second bedroom as well as the living room. This property has a full-size washer and dryer.Wifi Internet available.
