Vacation Condo Rental Description:
A 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo in the Chalet condo complex located across the street from the ski area. This unit can sleep a maximum of 10 people. This is a second story, two level condo.The living room has a fireplace and cable TV. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa with matching chair and ottoman as well as a second large lounge chair. Just off the living room is a deck with a view of the slopes. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances. The dining table can seat 8. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king-size bed, full bath, fireplace and sliding glass doors leading to the deck. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is a bathroom off the hallway near this bedroom.The third bedroom is a large upstairs loft with two queen-size beds and a full bath.There is a washer and dryer in the unit.This unit does not have a telephone.

CH10 Unexceptable! Reviewed by: Jennifer F. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2013 The agent I worked with lied about many things and gave us a lot of wrong information that ended up costing us a lot of extra money. She isn't even located in Angel Fire and doesn't know about the area.The home was okay, but greatly misrepresentated (mainly by agent) The table was broken and taped together with DUCT TAPE!! It is a hazzard! There were only 3 chairs for 8 people, we had to sit on our ice chests! There were holes in the towels and the vacuum cleaner did not work at all. I would like to speak to someone to give them more details regarding the agent that helped me. |

Great location, not so great condo. Nora H. from Paradise, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 Right across from ski area. Perfect location. I would return to the same location, but try for another condo.The condo is in need of renovation...70s calling. Living room upholstery very dirty, stained. My bedroom had no where to dresser and a standard size bed. Plenty of room for a queen. No bedside lamps, had to read with the overhead light. Curtains in living area would be rejected at Goodwill. Dining chairs wer falling apart..we had to turn them over and screw them back together! One chair was just too dangerous to use. Dishwasher didnt work. Really, what a shame, just a little investment would make a huge difference.So, I would stay at the Chalets again, but look for a different condo. |

Disappointed in this condo Debbie A. from League City, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2012 I was very disappointed in this condo. The pics of this condo online was not how it looked in real life. Dining chairs (2 of 4) were broken, sofas were stained, and the toilet seats needed to be replaced to name just a few things of the many that needed to be fixed. Plus it needed a face life (painting and repairs)and good cleaning. I called Mike from Kokopelli and asked him to find me another property. He picked me up the next morning and we found an awesome 4 bedroom house to rent. Our trip ended wonderfully, thanks to Mike. The new property was excellent!! Thanks, Mike!!! |
