The house is made up of two floors. on the ground floor there is the entrance, the living room opened by a cotto arch onto the separateed kitchen. Stone stair leading to the first floor where is a passage room with wardrobe, two double bedrooms, one spacious bathroom. The second floor is closed as not used.

Ground floor: From the entrance, you take access to the spacious living room (with fire place, tv-sat, 3 sofas sitting 8 people, table and chairs sitting more than 8 people).
The open cotto arch leads to the separated kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffe-maker, 4 gas fires, kettle, and all domestic facilities.
Storage with washing machine, table and iron board, refrigerator with deep frezer.
From the ground floor the stone stair leads to the upper floor where you find a passage room with wardrobe, a double bedroom with double bed and a single bed, a double or twin bedroom, a bathroom with box-shower. It is available on request a cot and an highchair for a baby.

Large indipendent portion of ancient stone farm house dated back to 16th located on the hills north of Lucca, 10 km far from the historical center in a panoramic position.
The house accomodates up to 4+1 people.
This holiday house was recently renovated respecting the original architecture of the past, so that you can see in the house the beautiful original stone stair, cotto tiled floor, wooden beam ceiling.
At guests' disposal:
Baby bed and high chair available free of charge.
Private garden in front of the house fenced on three side by partition edge. The garden is terraced but it has comfortable stone and wood stairs.
The garden is equiped with bbq, deckchairs, a large gazebo with tables, chairs, lights. Also there is a small plastic swimming pool for children. (circolar shape, 3 m wide and 80 cm deep).
Private parking in front of the house for one car or parking of the village is ca. 20 meters from the house.
The village where is located the house is very quiet, surrounded by olives trees, vineyards, woods, trekking and riding paths. From the village start an ancient wood paths which leads to a beautiful panoramic point over the city of Lucca.
It is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday and at the same time it is not far from the main tusccan towns.
Distances:
San Martino in Freddana with all kinfd of shops at 5 km, Lucca at 10 km.
The beaches of Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Torre del Lago Puccini, are ca 30 km away, Pisa ca 40 km, Florence ca. 80, next village with supermarket 5 km in San Martino in Freddana.
Perfect position for day trips to local tuscan towns such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano.
