Ground floor apartment composed of one bedroom with double bed, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own table and chairs outside in the shared terrace
Overall Property Description:
Ever since I was born I’ve had this 13th century parish church in front of me. It has always been my dream to open it to everybody to make the people feel its mystic aura that emanates from the walls.
When Alessandra and I could start the renovation works in 1999 to transform the building into four independent apartments we were very happy.
Today our guests tell us that it’s really possible for those who stay at the Pieve di San Martino to breathe deeply the “air of the past” and we really believe that it’s true.
The incomparable Tuscan landscape, the lush green of the spring, the sun and the golden light of the summer are the setting of this place. We continue to welcome our guests personally and try to make them spend an unforgettable holiday.

Conditions of Letting
PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER
Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.
Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.
ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES
For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.
Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,
100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
