Villetta Piera is a single level house composed by:

Living-room with fireplace, double sofa-bed with direct access through a characteristic arch to the kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with table, chairs and benches. The kitchen has a direct access to the external porch. The house is completed by a double bedroom with wardrobe (with sliding door), room with bunk beds, bathroom with tub and integrated shower.

EQUIPMENT: television with italian channels, fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing-machine (to be shared with the owner), espresso coffee-machine, moka, toaster, ironing board and iron, air conditioning in the bedrooms, barbecue, wood burning oven, sports ground.

Overall Property Description:
Villetta Piera is a lovely detached stone house with private pool situated in the luxuriant and fertile Valdichiana valley, between the famous Tuscan towns of Monte San Savino and Arezzo. The house is set in a hilly position and surrounded by the Tuscan landscape, typical of this area, such as soft hills, extensive orchards and wheat and sunflower fields.

The property is composed by the pretty holiday home Villetta Piera and the small dependence where the owner, Mrs. Pierina, lives. She is very kind and hospitable and always respects the clients’ privacy.

The typical Tuscan furnishings are comfortable and have been carefully chosen with taste by the owner.

During their holiday in Villetta Piera, guests can use: a wood burning oven, washing machine (to be shared with the owner), 2 bicycles and a small sports ground (football, volleyball, etc). It will also be possible for guests to use and taste the products of the vegetable garden personally cared by the owner.

She also has two old and very good German Shepherd dogs, Luna and Roy, that can be locked, on request, in a separated and distant area of the property (not visible from the house).

Pierina is also at your disposal to prepare, twice a week and on request, typical Tuscan dinners, pizza and handmade pasta.

Fees Due at Check in:
Services included: sheets and towels with weekly change, water, electricity, gas for cooking purposes, pool and garden maintenance.

Compulsory services to be paid on site: final cleaning (€ 50,00 fix)

Services upon request: extra cleaning ( € 10/h ), extra sheets and towels change( € 12 / person), pool towels (€ 3 / each one per change), heating (on consumption € 4,50 / cubic meter), air conditioning (on consumption € 0,60 / kWh), cooking service with typical Tuscan dishes, pizza, pasta (the pricelist is available in the house), wood for fireplace / barbecue ( € 15/100 kgs)
