Casa Samanta consists of a main house with 4-6 sleeps and a Dependance with 4 sleeps (about 20m away).

Note: The left part of the main house with separate entrance will be closed until October when the restoration of this part of the house will continue. Casa Samanta will be then transformed into a cottage that will accomodate up to 10 +5 people starting 2013.

Access into the living room equipped with 2 sofas and a fireplace, small bathroom with a washing machine (wc).

On the left side of the fireplace, there is an arched opening with access to the dining room and the kitchen.

On the right side of the fireplace, another arched opening with stairs leads to the sleeping area consisting of a spacious bedroom with double bed and one suite with double bedroom and a small bedroom with small double bed (bed width 1.20 m). Bathroom with shower.

Dependance (2+2)

Direct access into a spacious kitchen and dining area equipped with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower

EQUIPMENT: satellite TV (n.3), stereo, DVD player, washing machine, diswasher, brick barbecue and wood burning oven, internet access, flyers in the bedrooms

Thanks to recent and careful restoration, this property has been transformed into a comfortable holiday villa with private pool that, with its magical combination of old and new, awaits those who wish to spend their holidays in this area.

Monte San Savino is only 5 km away from the villa and it is one of the most important villages of the Valdichiana valley with every kind of shops and facilities and offers countless cultural and folk shows. This village, probably founded during the Roman Era and certainly an important castle in Medieval times, is nowadays one of the most visited destinations of the Valdichiana. Its walls protect many important Medieval and Renaissance buildings.
