The house has two floors and a mezzanine.

Ground floor: acces by the door entrance from the external terrasse equipped with table, chairs and parasol. Inside, a large room composed by an open space kitchen, a dining-room area with table and chairs and, separated by a small and low wall, a living-room area with Sat-TV and double sofa-bed and a small bathroom with shower.

First floor: at the bottom of the living-room, there a wooden staircase leading to the first floor composed by a small living-room with sofa bed leading to a large double bedroom and to the bathroom with tub.

Mezzanine: a wooden staircase leads from the cosu small living-room to the mezzanine with two single beds

Overall Property Description:
Podere Oleandri is a lovely brick countryhouse, independant part of an old manor farmhouse dating back to the end of the 19th century. The property is located in the heart of the Valdichiana, amidst an interesting cultural and natural scenary, surrounded by many different localities rich in history like the Etruscan town of Cortona, the old Medieval towns of Castiglion Fiorentino, Civitella in Valdichiana, Monte San Savino and Lucignano.

Situated only 1 km far from the small village of Alberoro, Podere Oleandri benefits from a privileged hills position, surrounded by olive groves and woods. The property, accessible by a dirt road of about 300 m in good conditions, has an extension of approximately 2 hectares, totally fenced.

The property is composed by the cosy farmhouse Podere Oleandri and the villa where the owners live. They are very kind and hospital people, respecting their clients' privacy.

The house Podere Oleandri, recently restored, still conserve the wooden ceiling beams and tiles. The walls have been brighten up with warm colours in perfect harmony with the style of this kind of countryhouses giving charm and relaxed atmmosphere.

Outside the door entrance, there is a small terrasse with cotto equipped with wrought iron table and chairs and parasol. In a sunny position,about 100 meters from the house, there is a beautiful swimming pool 6x12 m, depth 1.10 m - 2.40 m, which is currently under construction and that will be made available starting from May 15, 2011 for guests' exclusive use.

The house is also equipped with an air-conditioning unit (to be paid separately on consumption directly to the owner) to guarantee a pleasant holiday.

Podere Oleandri is without no doubt an ideal destination for a family or a small group who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in contact with nature without giving up dicovering the territory rich in touristic and cultural attractions. The proximity of the most important towns and cities of central Italy such as Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Perugia, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Assisi and Cortona, enables the tourists to plan their holiday trying out a new experience every day.

Podere Oleandri is also indicated for mountain bike and trekking lovers.

Podere Oleandri has its own independant access with external area at guests' exclusive use. During their stay, guests will be also able to enjoy most part of the property's land for promenades. There is a parking place.

In a sunny and quiet position,about 100 meters from the house, there is a beautiful swimming pool 6x12 m, depth 1.10 m - 2.40 m, which is currently under construction and that will be made available starting from May 15, 2011 for guests' exclusive use.

The owners, respecting the clients' privacy, take personally care of the garden and the pool.
