All of the 2 accommodations are tastefully furnished in a rustic Tuscan style and provide a personal furnished outdoor area and air conditioning. The outside areas offer a shared garden with barbecue, gazebo and a nice pool.
The woods surrounding the property offer an ideal terrain for beautiful walks.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 500 m.
Distances: San Donato in Collina with general stores 3 km away, Rignano sull’Arno 4 km, Florence 15 km away, Arezzo 57 km away.

Approx. 100 m from the villa away there is a nice fenced-in playground for children.
