Botto and Bruno is the most spacious suite between the four, there is in fact an ample living room with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower in travertine, and a private terrace where you can dine.
Is equipped with satellite tv, free wi-fi and hair dryer. It is ideal for a family because to reach the loft you have to pass from the double bedroom and there is no door between the bedroom and the kitchen.
On request the owner can add up to sleeps in a small loft with two single beds (to be paid extra - see local policies).


This suite takes its name from a couple of artists from Turin, Gianfranco Botto and Roberta Bruno, authors of the art work named “Just for one day” located in the apartment. This piece of art is part of a series of printings exposed in the Contemporary and Modern Art Museum of Trento and Rovereto.

It is located in the heart of the historical centre of Montalcino.

Located in a quiet residential district in the lower part of historic Montalcino, just at the foot of the hill below the town-walls, the property grounds are enclosed by a high, mellow-stone wall. Double wrought-iron entrance gates open on to a small, gravel courtyard, shaded by a mature fig-tree, where informal outdoor parking spaces are reserved for the private use of guests only. This is an enormous asset, as the town-centre is a traffic-free, pedestrianised zone, where parking is truly at a premium, especially in the summer season!

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 200 is to be left with the caretaker upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
For every extra person the cost is of Euro 15,00 per day or Euro 100,00 per week.
