The Suite (1 double bed) can host two guests, is very colourful and bright, and is equipped with air conditioning, satellite tv, free wi-fi, fridge, kettle, hair dryer and bathroom with shower in travertine.
The Suite is in front of the garden gazebo where during the spring and summer time you can enjoy the sun settings and the fabulous starry nights surrounded by Montalcino’s landscape. Ideal for a couple.
The young artist Matteo Basilè is very well-appreciated in the contemporary art field; inside of the homonym suite you will admire one of his original art work: “Divine Conserving” from 2003.

Located in a quiet residential district in the lower part of historic Montalcino, just at the foot of the hill below the town-walls, the property grounds are enclosed by a high, mellow-stone wall. Double wrought-iron entrance gates open on to a small, gravel courtyard, shaded by a mature fig-tree, where informal outdoor parking spaces are reserved for the private use of guests only. This is an enormous asset, as the town-centre is a traffic-free, pedestrianised zone, where parking is truly at a premium, especially in the summer season!

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER
Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.
Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.
ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES
For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.
Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,
100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
