The ground floor entrance leads into the main living area where there is a dining table, TV (satellite) with DVD player.
A large stone arch separates the dining area from the living room furnished with one relaxing sofa and one working fireplace.
A three stairs flight leads to a double bed room.
A second dining room is on the left of entrance, procede to the kitchen where you find all the necessary.
The main dining room leads to: (beyond a heavy double door) the bar room (area) where it’s possible to listen to music as well. Close to the bar area there is one bath room with shower. To hidden stairs getting down to the garage; and stairs leading to the first floor.
At the top of the stairs on the right are five stairs leading to nice twin bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bath. In front a cosy sitting room with a not running fireplace.
The living room comes right in the master bedroom with canopy bed and on the left in the master bedroom larger.
Inside this room going up 3 stairs to go to one small room with single bed and a bathroom with tub and shower.
From the sitting room is also possible to reach the door-way overlooking the open gallery of the garden.

Built at the end of the 1800’s, in honey-coloured Tuscan stone and brickwork, this property is centrally heated throughout, with mosquito blinds at all the windows. It also offers Sat.TV and a computer with Internet connection for the use of its guests.
All its main historic architectural features have been preserved during the restoration process including the colour-washed walls, polished terracotta-tiled floors, tiled and beamed ceilings, internal brick archways and large wood-burning fireplaces. The traditional darkwood furniture, glass-fronted cabinets and wrought-iron bedsteads remain absolutely in keeping with this structural context.
