With a total of 180sqm on 2 floors, the house is very generous with space.

It has a large private park and private access to the river.

A digital TV (includes national channels and BBC) and internet connection are also provided.

The house has an indipendent heating system for the cold season. Payment for the heating will be paid separately, based on the gas used.
Linen and blankets are provided.

Overall Property Description:
The Villa is composed of 3 houses attached to each other, and facing a large garden bordering the river Lima. You will have access to the common garden and the river.

Just next door are the Mirafiume Tennis courts. The municipal swimming pool is within walking distance. A good supermarket can be reached in two minutes walking. The village of 'La Villa' has several good restaurants and stores.


Riverside villa is located just 200 m from Bagni di Lucca.

The nearest train station is the one of Fornoli, about 5 km from the villa.
